The paper says, 'Procrastination agreement: Do you want to ruin your life with negative thoughts or do you want to rule your life with positive affirmations'. Still closing your eyes visualize yourself writing with your pen, 'Yes, i want to rule my life'. The paper contracts and becomes a part of you. dirkj3 Posted September 10, 2017 Author Posted September 10, 2017 Hello I am now on day 13 or 14 on nogames I have watched porn yesterday. nonetheless I know that I got to focus on the "what you resist persists" aspect.I see my progress of growing as an chain that you relapse then learn from the mistake then up your last record grind through using all your techniques like meditation, several laws and whatnot to push as deep as possible.and so onWhat I have been noticing is that motivation strive for work and all that good stuff doesn't last for a long time unless you are constantly reminding yourself.One thing for me is to be more intentional with my time when I am having a hard time. Do you people know how to more intentional in the darkest moments during your journey?
dirkj3 Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 Hello I am on my day 15 on no games and nofap day 2 porn on day 3 I am tired right know I will be having practical day where we produce Cremes and gels.It starts usually at11.40 am and lasts until 4.30 pm so it means that I have now time.to do my homeworkAnyway, I feel like yesterday was a pretty relaxed day.There are no cravings for gaming and no cravings for Pmo, I have been going through some major cravings 3 days ago.The biggest impact on nogames has the PMO thing. dirkj3 Posted September 21, 2017 Author Posted September 21, 2017 Hello folks I noticed that I need to learn how to rewire not only to unwired from gaming and fap and porn.I see no purpose other than having more time for school and occasionally doing a workout whenever I like to.I have watched the preston smile video and I feel that I cannot be experiencing the same kind of like him.So I guess I gotta go my own way.I don't like to just put a lot f hours in school with less self development skills.There are way bigger goals to accomplish than just being in school.I'd love to put more time into self development.But in today's society is in pressure to just live by and not being able to develop themselves .

It is just way easier then searching actively for a purpose. Ironically school is important for most great purposes. For example if you want to save lifes becoming a doctor is a great way to do so. Or you'll become an engineer in medicin technique. For both you need good marks in school (and you learn a lot of other usefull things there to).As long a you don't know what to do with your life (which is pretty normal for people under 30) you should explore alot of things and keep your options open. As soon as you find an activity/goal/study subject you are really burning for then you can make a good specific plan and grow your character at the try of achieving it. This is the part where you either go all in on school or studies or find something which is more important for you.If you haven't found that purpose try out a bunch off stuff (examples are: toastmasters, reading, travelling, writing shortstories, martial arts, side-work in different businesses, investing, programming, meditation, tinkering wiht electronics, building things etc.). To try something out choose one thing and promise yourself to to it seriously for a fixed amount of time. Otherwise you will never get enough experience in it to make a informed choice about liking it or not, A good amount of time is 2-8h a Week for 4 Weeks.Another protipp is listening to biographies of a bunch of different successful people. his can be really inspiring.Edit: A lot of self-development skills like disciplin, grid, ambition and social competence are developed if you try to improve them actively at school.School can be a great training ground. If you are able to focus on a repetetive shitwork and recognize your emotions and deal with them this can be a sort of meditation too. If you are able to focus on a repetetive shitwork and recognize your emotions and deal with them this can be a sort of meditation too. you are right about the about the repetitive shit my purpose is to be good in school.don't know how to hav a purpose it is just because I wanna look for self development things but then the school takes away a lot of time.then I end up pushing through school( I am doing a pharmacist assistant schooling the next 2 years,which takes up a lot of work)all the time but then I have very little time for self development.
