-Calling Bituah Leumi [National insurance-mandatory socialistic thing of Israel :)] regarding 500~ eur debt multiple times, plus writing them an email
-Going out to sun
-Having planned 3 " out of routine" activities for tomorrow, what remains is just execution. EZ right? šŸ˜‰

1 Thing I could do Ā better
-put an upper limit in the plan[yesterday] for bituah leum i calls. I went for 2 hrs... perhaps emails are better after all? Evnen though it's about 2000 Eur

-Calculating the payment that my apt. owner needs to issue to me in case he wants to pre-maturely finish the contract as promised

-Pre-planned call to previous apartment mate regarding his missed birthday for tomorrow, not do it today in an unplanned manner.

-Completed evening routine despite allowing myself to doze off in an unplanned manner, an act of discipline in contrast to the dozing off undisciplined one

-When apartment mate asked me why am I in such a mood, hold it to myself and tell him we'll talk about it on Saturday in our conversation, instead of acting from emotion and takin an hour to talk about how i feel unstable emotionally with him and that he is punishing me by being mad on me about things despite i am following our pre-set agreement.

1. Peanut butter being replaced for coconut oil 1 for 1 gram starting 19.2 to test effect on eczema (Since I got new gloves, which i first used on 11.2, I want to first test their effect for a week to isolate. Before trying to eliminate peanut butter.
2. If dates run out, they are to be replaced 1 per 1 gram with raisinsĀ 
3. Tomatoes are allowed one and a half starting tomorrow

-When sleepiness kicks in after evening routine, drink more water (100 ml if 30 minutes didn't pass since first cup of water)

-3 Pomodoros and 2 SPIs which is more than 0 =\ Out of planned 10 and 2[I actually accidentally planned 12 since i calculatedthe time of my run wrong, putting an hour less on schedule accidentally.
So realistic only had enough hours for 8 and 2
-Morning jog
-No writing focused units to apartment mate even though it gives me the scare

-Turn off heating machine for 15 minutes if it has been turned on for more than 15 and i feel sleepy

-Start evening routine earlier, when I start it later it needs to begin after sleepiness kicks in and it seems I drop off to sleep in this case and skip it altogether

-Turning off heating apparatus after 20 min as written in schedule, which somewhat contributed to reduced sleepiness probably.
Fact is i stayed awake in contrast to the last few days [ i Ā even lost count how any since i dozee off early and therefor do not start evening routine and do not write exact sleep time
-75% effort run
-it seems i'm about o be in bed at 22 00 as planned in 20 minutes

-Get out of bed at 3:15 wen i woke up accidentally. not drag it till 5 40

-as planned turning heating device off which allowed me to stick till the cheduled sleep tie without dozing off
-Doing 14 concentrated work units! Although some included eating, and in one i dozed off on keyboard, that's still a wow!

-Give the calendar a look when i was planning the day yesterday to include meeting with moses, so that the amount of planned poodoros would correspond to daily time plan

-finished first blog post draft choosing a simpler Ā exercise rather than geting stuck on "extra good exercise" but no finishing because of trying to nderstandhow to apply it [4 weeks max space posting exercise, rather than money out money in exercise with publishing some product and using gogle ads or somehting like that]

-Waking up at 4:00 am for the run despite sleeping 2.5 hours twice with a break in between the previous day

-When i saw I'm above 30 minute delay - Having started documenting how much time each activity takes anddocumenting it so 15/15 30/20 etc. starting at visualization time [ use watch stopwatch to document the steps before that because i'm not next to the computer ]

-Wake up as scheduled or do not write it in the schedule, one of the two. I'm writing it like this because thoughts like "Maybe I don't have to wake up earl on fast days" creep in. No, I still do if that's what I planned. Waking up like an accident is a nono.

Food Schedule update 27.2-13.3(Not including 13.3)
1. Coconut oil still instead of peanut butter (Since I still assume peanut butter is frequent in having negative effects on skin, and with coconut oil the micro and macro nutrient goals are still achieved, so even though it's more expensive, I give that less weight than health.)
2. Raisins still instead of dates from now on (Dates simply ran out and that was the plan when i bought a stock of both)
3. black sesame increased from 8 grams to 25 grams (because i suspect i don't have enough calcium)

Note: If I see some negative health effects I may change the second week (starting from 6.3 Thursday and till the end of this bi weekly plan)

-If I'm more than 30 minute delayed, rewrite new schedule under old one without removing the old one to accommodate for the change and get back on track. Otherwise I lose track of time and it ends up very very very ineffective, like today's 5 work units instead of the planned 13

Thanks for letting me know and sorry it took so long to notice. Hopefully the new system I have will prevent that in the future. For a backup I'm not sure, let me see now. (We do backup the forum as a whole so no worries there.)

I've been doing that for a while. I think the easiest solution is to just use Ctrl+S and save the webpage on my computer locally. I have all 50+ pages of my diary saved. That way, I know my writing will not be lost šŸ™‚Ā
