Yan Posted May 4 Author Posted May 4 (edited) Entry 2.5(Written on 3.5) -was posted on 4.05 but written on 3.05 because for technical reason didn't post Day 107: No Useless Videos Day 939: Sticking to Food schedule Day 542: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 90: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -8 Concentrated work units -8 theory units -1 hour weekly plan, just write daily plan with slight adjustments in an excel sheet (I mean just including it in the plan, not actually doing it yet) 1 Thing I could do better -Change food preparation to a bit more divided to have more spaces in between foods because I am experiencing hand dryness and heaviness after dinner. Even though omitting olive oil seems to help, now I believe it's the volume so let's see if i separat the meals with enough of a space liek 3.5 hours it will help.
