-Pay attention that I'm avoiding work through messing around with food, and see what I can do to reduce this.

- 4 pomodoros
- Finished doh revah ve efsed, bedides adding receipts, Iäll send it without them and if requested will add them. Now just need to log into the tax office website to ask them whether to sent them the fixed one or the other because the difference is small
- Having managed to go to two orthotics stores and have them look at my shoe inserts

-Plan the whole day in advance, not half a day

- 1 pomodoros (better than 0 I guess? =/ Day two under 4 pomodoros. No more of those are accepted
- Afternoon workout
- 5 minutes of Unconscious problem solving to decide whether to leave SPI membership

1 Thing I could do better
- After 2 or 4 hours I might have woken up already, the sleepiness afterwards was just an illusion caused by the closed drapes. (I ended up oversleeping 6 hours more than planned)

4. Quinoa and lentils 60g quinoa per day and 35g lentils I think they're both important so I decided to leave them both however I've gone over the upper manganese limit with all the almonds, so I reduced lentils, it seems all my protein needs should still be met. Especially taking into account that i replaced the lentils with 20g quinoa
5. Reduced potato intake by 50g now it's 300g, also to accomodate for mangnese under 11mg upper limit
It seems that the overall calory count remains the same taking into account the reduction of potatoes and that quinoa is 50 calories less than the replaced lentils.... (Potatoes 40 calories less) and almonds added only 60 more calories so I increased dates to 75g
6. Dates to 75g instead of 60 this adds additional 42 calories which means everything is even now
7. raised coconut oil to 50g to give another 45 calorie boost leaving me at an overall 45 calorie surplus to accomodate for my activity increase

Summary for myself
-1 Orange
-Almonds (+30 at lunch and dinner each)
-Dates 75g 
-Quinoa 60g
-Lentils 35g
-Potato 300g
-Coconut oil 50g

Once more If there is something I simply didn't write but was planning, I allow myself 'till Friday for clarifications

Clarification same day: Till lentils run out, old standard of previous entry applies
Clarification same day 2: (10:12 am) Potatoes are also to be used as is until they run out

Food schedule update 3.7-17.7 (Not including 17.7-Thursday):
Everything remains the same except for:
1. Cranberries 15 daily added instead of 15 dates total 100g per week when cooking.
2. Coconut oil on the long run days 65g instead of 60g
3. Almonds to be added 10g daily as i keep increasing my physical activity
4. Day order may be changed, if that happens, the biking day I shall eat like the jogging day + add 30g olive oil if I do 4 hours

5. Any changes may be added if i forgot something until the end of friday

Clarification 06.07: Since number 1 is really unclear,  I mean, are the Cranberies added or are they replacing? Are they only added when I'm going to cook, or am I going to have to add them to the already cooked dates?  I'm clarifying, they;re going to be REPLACING the dates 1g per 1g, and that isw going to take effect since the next cooking

- Decided for good and for worse to stop the SPI subscription, thus saving 200$ which I may use for German, etc. In any case, I think I am already not focused on taking the most advantage of the membership, and 200$ quarterly just for the mastermind is a lot for me =/

1 Thing I could do better
- Reduce the quinoa to a small fire and if it may burn a little, let it be. It's better than staying there and just watching it 15 minutes.

- Having planned to wake up at 4 30 when I saw I do not manage to sleep at 20 00, rather at 20 53 (Last bite of food was at 16 53 so I allowed myself to be in bed at 20 38, so that I may fall asleep at 20 53 - calculating that it takes 15 minute to fall asleep

- Leave a wider buffer for dinner to finish eating 4 hours before bed time

- I guess the tax authority is a bit baffled by what I wrote and do not reply regarding whether tosend them the fixed report or the original. I guess I just need to send the fixed one and see what happens, since meanwhile the clock is ticking...
