Clarification: when I realized it is not affecting my "green lamp" rating, because i have the indicators that do, which is just ocmpletion of the tests and videos, its okay to get the answers wrong and repeat them, and i think it would be a lot faster than reading answers which i get right, and even if i do, do it as skimming. 1 Thing I could do better -Plan a contingency to go back to the stairs if it is raining while working out because i wouldn't like my phone and shoes to get wet Gaming (Death, Slavery, Regret, Disease) - 5 Yan (Life, Individuality, Freedom, Purpose, Self-Fulfillment) - 90

When i dcked to get a sponge to wash the dishes out of the closet i felt a sharp pain in my side even thoug 2 hours passed since i finshed eating. I might have made some damage since i was so full which brings me to write this.... if i eat so much volume i amy do even more damage in the future and health coems first... Make 8 hours of sleep a deadline. Remember - Health first. Although It's 22 16 now and I planned to go to sleep at 22 00, tomorrow I plan to wake up at 05 20 to clean the house. I guess I should have remembered to plan to go to sleep at 21 today because of cleaning the house tomorrow, which didn't happen cause i didn't plan the week? I guess once I started going off schedule it dragged. You have stated in the past that Good use of binary choices leads to success. Staying clear of pitfalls is instrumental in changing one’s thinking. My thought processes reset to what they were three to four years ago if I lack communication, physical fitness, learning and challenges at my work.

This thing might be harming my stomach, brain and skin. I mean I'm not ure it's the olive oil, but something in my nutrition is. Because I'm feeling constatn tiredness after dinner, and eczema increase, eye dryness and mind fog. Oh well, my thought patterns might be slightly different but the core remains the same. I would not want to be 180 degrees different either I guess. That's a difficult question to answer. I can say that however I changed a lot of things in my routines, and i have accomplished quite a few goals. Regarding my thought patterns, it's too complicated to answer, because they're not visible. (Like unless you're a monk who meditates 4 hours a day, and even then it's not probable that you will follow all of the thoughts that come up in your head) Maybe if you make the question more specific it could help me better answer. What do you mean when you say "thought pattern change?"

When i encounter difficulties at work, i revert to entertainment (like playing sports) to experience success.

Entertainment No Spouse No Family Maybe I care a lot about what my father thinks Work centered I guess my long term goal is work centered. Money centered this is also important as money provides a lot of time freedom, possible health and knowledge which may help with the achievemen of goals frien/enemy centered - Guess not, although I do care about what my apartemt mate thinks and of course wouldn't like to "anger" him because then he does't let me focus 😉 self-centered I'm not sure about this... Maybe? If I moved to another country and didn't want to ask for help and did everything myself to prove I can does that count? Principle centered - Honesty is very important to me, bu i guess there are principles that are important to any person, so i don't know if this counts. Does that answer your question? Self centered business people prefer keeping their business small and managed themselves rather than allow partners in who can disagree with them. I knew a businessman that personally checked the work of his employees to be sure its of high standard. Self centered people don't like compromises and shared decision making. The author of this book says principles centre is the hardest centre to have, but the best one. People that are heavily grounded in work, but then lose it due to circumstances outside their control can become negative he claims. The principles centre does not allow any one thing (like games, work or spouse) to become too big a part of you. 1
