Entry 24.04 (Written on 25.04) Day 573: No Useless Videos Day 571: Sticking to Food schedule Day 175: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 165: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did right, no matter how small. - Made it to the bike store at 17 48 as i promised to the guy in the store still within the timeframe of the same day, even though apparently it was closed early because of the holidays. -Having quickly accepted being fired, because it is not under my control and continued to my daily tasks, a little uncertainty may even be helpful. What are my next actions will really determine what kind of person I am, by gones be by gones -At least 6 Pomodoro 1 Thing I could do better -Having checked with the bike store about their opening hours beforehand, not assumed they work regularly as the gym i work in does

Yes I brought it twice already and both times they didn't manage to do an overall check yeta and it will need to be done again 🙂 -about 3.5 hrs of deliveries followed by a 1+ hour workout -8 pomodoros (Even though I planned 12 but every pomodoro is a "well" thing 🙂 ) 1 Thing I could do better -For a long time I'm dozing off after dinner, I think doing the same with dinner as i do with lunch could help. Soak olive oil with the other ingredients a day in advance, maybe it will help the body absorb the meal and result in less sleepiness.

Food Schedule Update (24.4 - 8.5) Generally the same, the only change is that today I'll eat like on Friday and Saturday, because on Sunday I rode the bike like on Friday Saturday and I want to replace the calories. If something like this happens again(6+ hrs ride), I reserve myself the right to eat as on Friday Saturday the day after to replace he lost calories Later update same day - If I run out of peanut butter on a friday-saturday may replace it one for one with tahini 1 More edit for clarification same day - once new pnb stock arrives, things go back to their order of course 🙂

So this is better 🙂 -Completing workout main set at the gym within timeframe before it closed -Even though I was thinking I'll change schedule yesterday because i did 6.5 more hours on the bike two days ago so I wanted to load up on calories - after discovering it has been one day short of food schedule end I decided to remain with planned food schedule and only change it the next day 1 Thing I could do better -Write measuring myself at inbody machine(muscle mass, body fat percentage etc.) in schedule, it doesn't work writing it as a daily goal, it seems not to happen yet again

Jesus today I have a long list of things I did well, difficult to choose just 3, nonetheless here are some 3 🙂 -6 hours of sales -6.5 hrs of deliveries resulting in 25 deliveries in high effort mostly 🙂 (Delivery norm for a 75$ bonus just barely) -Leaving bike in the morning tied at the bike repair place so that they may fix it, and telling them where the key is (Because my work starts before they open) 1 Thing I could do better -Do things a bit faster in the morning so that I finish the pomodoros earlier and on time

Entry 20.04 (Written on 21.04) Day 569: No Useless Videos Day 567: Sticking to Food schedule Day 171: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 161: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did right, no matter how small. -Made an effort to ride on the old bike instead of using a chain from an unknown origin to fix the bike. -6 pomodoros at least =/ -Usually on my usual bike I do at least 3 deliveries an hour, but yesterday after 5 hours i was on an average of 2 per hour, despite that in about 3 and a half hours I put extra extra effort when I got wind form the amount of deliveries and in about 3.5 hours more I made 15 deliveries. I'm still finding it hard t believe. (Completed 25 delivery norm, resulting in a 50$ bonus ) 1 Thing I could do better -Decide faster what to write in the schedule

Then continuing deliveries with the replacement bike. ending up in completing 26 deliveries 1 Thing I could do better -put sunscreen on legs and neck

The previous - 8, awesome!) -Once more the bike kept doing noises on Wednesday and thuersday even after the pro looked at it so I've gone there again, this time leaving it there. -about 23 hours fast 1 Thing I could do better -I was wondering a bit too much after the conversation with management. could have finished my two other tasks and possibly closed another sale to complete to 10

From my experience sometimes drinking water reduces fatigue because it slow digestion temporarily. could it be that you ate a big meal and when you drank water it just slowed your digestion?( I'm not excluding the possibility that you were simply dehydrated, but just raising this digestion effect possibility to your awareness 🙂 )

I also finished the workout a lot earlier and got to listen to an audiobook during dinner, plus 7 pomodoros. -When I got a letter that says that my performance is low at the job, I did not loose it completely although it did throw me a bit off balance and quickly continued doing my job to the best of my ability -Consulted the other "experienced" salesman that works there for 4 years regarding the letter 1 Thing I could do better -Measure myself at body fat percentage machine(and muscle mass)

When my manager writes a weekly shift arrangement accept that quickly and write my plan without being scared of change and freezing or at least be scared but, act quicker and realize it is what it is 🙂

Entry 12.04 (Written on 13.04) Day 561: No Useless Videos Day 559: Sticking to Food schedule Day 163: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 153: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did right, no matter how small. -Trying another bike store to replace my tube -Being prepared to start deliveries right after gym job (even thoughI accidentally got another food box with ushroms instead of the meal i intended to take, everything was prepared apart from that) -Writing another message to courier company regarding the tax reduce money so that I may possibly receivesome of it back 1 Thing I could do better -When I heard bike "clicks" after fixing it even though it seemed extra subtle, tell that to the guy who fixed it... now I'm sticking with it for at least 13 hours and maybe it's doing damage to the bike =/

It seems my 1500 eur tax is now cancelled ( They saw that I did hand in the "Net worth statement" on time, and they just didn't get it dialed into the system on time... -8 pomodoros!!! Awesome, since I've been going below this minimum for some time... (Day 1. Let's see how long I may hold this minimum. Though I'd like to aim for 10 pomodoros this is just a minimum) 1 Thing I could do better -Soak nuts in water from the evening, maybe if they'll be soaked it will shorten my lunch time so that I may do more memberships 🙂
  20. I work at a gym selling memberships, so yeah I do it at the gym 😄 Thanks for the interest. (You mean you tried an A B workout split and it helps more than a full body workout?

And even getting to speak with some hot prospects 🙂 -A bit more than 70 minutes run, even though i forgot to take my better shoes, and even though i was doing some damage to my leg I guess, it is still better than no run 1 Thing I could do better -Still in some cases the timer was forgotten. It could have made things even faster
  22. Food schedule update (9-23.4) Everything remains the same apart for the fact that after skipping a day's meals, I may continue to eat two cucumbers/tomatoes to keep up the 1 or 0.5 pace per day of tomatoes per day afterwards

Entry 8.04 (Written on 9.04) Day 557: No Useless Videos Day 555: Sticking to Food schedule Day 159: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 149: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did right, no matter how small. -I think this time i indeed got the tax permit that's going to increase my payments back by 30%... at least that's what the website shows -Completed half of my pending tasks at the job (I had 75 or so, when leaving for home i had about 36 -Going for appointment with authorities regarding the 30% tax on my salary once more, even though they didn't help me there continuing to call until i found the solution + Makiing sure the oermits appear before hanging up... 1 Thing I could do better -Remember to use the timer in my calls it might have helped me to make tasks even faster.....

Promptly making the decision, even though i had t ay 40 shekels more -Going for appointment with authorities regarding the 30% tax on my salary 1 Thing I could do better -Made sure on the website that the new permit appears before hanging up on the lady that I called in the afternoon regarding tax problem... I was sure it was prolonged and only accidentally found out it wasn't....
