3 Things I did well no matter how small
-despite having awoken at around 13 30 while the alarm clock went off at 06 00 eventually waking up and going through workout and morning routine
-4 pomodoros
-In bed bed at 20 05

1 Thing I could do  better
-Put one alarm clock instead of 4 and as it goes off, do 10 pushups right away to speed up the process of getting out of bed, then if needed gradually 20 and 100 etc

3 Things I did well no matter how small

 

-Despite yet again getting out f bed 4 hours after planned time, having gone for the planned 75% effort run

-4 pomodoros I know that it's only 25% of my goal. but that is 25% more than 0, got to be somewhat compassionate with myself. Although it is unacceptable for it to continue like this, for this day it is something I should pat myself on the back for
-Cooking before beginning blog as planned

 

1 Thing I could do  better
-I think that if I'll maintain heat throughout the day I'll have less of an inclination to doze off (I dropped to sleep at 21(~) ) and woke up at 08(~) about 11 hours of sleep. This means after the shower after the workout wear pants and jacket and socks + close window. If I'll be warm enough perhaps I will not have the urge to doze off so much

-Morning workout
-5 pomodoros
-staying in the sun for 17 minutes despite the wind and cold, because i went out of thehouse at around 17 o'clock

-Put the blanket inside the blanket holding sheet so that even if i do drop to bed I'll be less comfortable and wake up to shower earlier.

-Visited shoe store to compare whether my shoes are an immitatioon

-The exact same yesterday, since i didn´t apply. Do it in between pomodoro 1-2 or 2-3 one of the two.
Put the blanket inside the blanket holding sheet so that even if i do drop to bed I'll be less comfortable and wake up to shower earlier.

-Putting blanket into bedsheet in between pomodoro 2 and 3 as planned
-Pulling through until 22:00 not dozing off
-Entering shower at around 22 and starting evening routine which I missed for a few days

-Set an alarm and not wake up by accident

-15 minutes in sun
-managed to get myself out of bed for shower before it completely submerged with the morning routine
-Cooking and eating separately, It got me one extra pomodoro of focused work time

1 Thing I could do  better
-If i wake up in the middle of the night close the window and do not open it again so that I do not have an excuse not to get out of bed because the room is cold

Everything remains the same as previous update apart for the fact that instead of eating the range only at one of the days before or after the fast day, I'll eat one on both. also, instead of tahini just eating 33g sesame seeds. 
One more thing is that I may eat two tomatoes up until there's an equal amount of tomatoes to the days left
Edit 19.12 before starting the schedule
1. tahini and sesame seeds are still interchangeable until tahini runs out
2. I may eat tomorrow 1 gram lmonds and 3 grams flax beyond the 5+- usual limit because i accidentally prepared it thinking it was today's meal and added the flax seeds and almonds of the half of a fast day's quantities

-Got to post office within range of set appointment which saved a boatload of time (Barely made it I was allowed to take the appointment within 15 minutes being late, and i was exactly 15)

-If my feet keep hurting try using that warming up thing "battery?" i think it's called...

Free text:
Today in the morning after finishing my "evening" routine which was actually merged yet again with the morning routine, I spent about 40 minutes looking at different gaming websites. Samp-rp, Dwar, Worldoftanks, checking out MMOrpg online rankings, looking at RIFT website, Rust images. Loking at samp-rp forum. Samp-rp servers monitoring and Minecraft server monitorings.

I even looked though the two youtube channels which post about the samp-rp.ru server (without watching the videos) Tarko and Aaron_Robson

Got to go back to the fundamentals and see why i was craving it.
Let's remember the 4 factors gaming fulfills that Cam spoke about:

Temporary Escape, Social, Constant Measurable Growth, Challenge

Let's see how I have each addressed

 

Temporary Escape - I usually only do short duolingo sessions at pomodoro breaks. I also escape to cooking sometimes. Washing dishes is sort of an escape too. But is that enough?

Social - I used to have a mastermind meeting but currently I have none. the only social thing i have planned for the week is my weekly half-hour meeting with my apartment mate to be honest. I need to look deeper into masterminds again, but I never get to my 16 pomodoro norm to invest the last 2 in my "growing online" membership, which is why i think if I'll avoid cold feet I'll have a higher chance of reaching this quota, since i think I'm mostly escaping work because if i just sit the pain in the legs as a result of the cold is strongly felt which is a major reason why i escape to bed early without taking my "evening routine starting" cold shower or just cook for such extended periods of time.
As i wrote in the "one thing better section" of today I shall probably try the warming battery... The only constant is change. IF it helps me do more pomodoros - it'll  be worth it

Constant Measurable Growth - that is very lacking as always since i don't see immediate response since i publish only once every so often, which again may possibly be fixed by raising my pomodoro quota....

Challenge - I think I have a lot of that, cold showers, workouts, pomodoros, seeing how to get to 16 pomodoros

For now just follow the "one thing i could do better for today" starting Friday and see if it helps me get to 16 pomodoros. If I'll get to 16 at least 4 days next week((Friday to Friday), I'll get to keep it, if not, revert to being without it and look for other solutions for these 4 factors

-About a 42 hour water fast
-Going to shower at around 22 00 without delaying or dozing off

-The moment after a big meal is critical, I know I get eczema bursts which make me want to reduce movement and just stare at the screen with things like news, but I could do it slowly.

-Written down daily schedule which allowed e to do things much more effectively
-Ordered the shoes I've been looking into. Attempt number 3. This time from official Saucony,so i hope it works 🙂

Ge out of bed immediately as alarm clock goes off. *Document the time afterwards

Note to myself
Good morning sunshine, a third of your Spain stay time had passed today. If you don't move your ass you'll fail your long term goals once more. Get yourself in your f****** hands and put yourself int a 16 pomodoro rhythm proactively. Beat your reptilian brain to silence

-Separating edamame and Brasil nut from the rest of breakfast. Wow, the result is finishing food within 1.5 hrs instead of two nad a half (together with chewing dates and avocado to make stuff faster instead of squashing with fork)
-9 pomodoros
-Reading intelligent investor instead of news for about 30 minutes i think it was or so

1 Thing I could do  better
Establish a habit of doing evening routine before entering to bed, otherwise, entering bed is prohibited. Period.

-waking up for evening routine at 23 23 when i accidentally woke for pee, instead of pulling until the morning like previous 2-3 days ( which is okay, even though I needed to not enter bed at all, but it's an improvement. 
-30 minutes of thinking of who i intend to become in the morning, thus completing the 30 minutes the first time in a long while

1 Thing I could do  better
Same as yesterday, establish a habit of doing evening routine before entering to bed, otherwise, entering bed is prohibited without it.

-get out of bed at 06 08 while alarm went off at 06 00, wow, that´s an improvement!
-Managing to get at least 4 pomodoros in despite the fact that i lost lots of time because of trying to figure out how to get access to my old whatsapp account
-sticking to half'hour window at the apartment meeting, although we got another meeting today to continue what we were lacking, finishing on time yesterday was still iportant

-Remains unchanged for the third day. Establish a habit of doing evening routine before entering to bed, otherwise, entering bed is prohibited without it.

-about 10 minutes before planned shower time I dropped to bed. just 10 minutes, i held through for 2.5 hrs.... If i would have held 10 more and went to shower i would have felt a strong sense of pride afterwards....

Everything remainsthe same, apart for:
1. tomatoes which may be eaten up to two a day
2. Orange only one at either thursday or tuesday

-Jog 21-ish km 
-skipped lentils when i saw i do not manage to eat them on time
-30 devoted to visualization 

1 Thing I could do  better
-Brush teeth and floss first, this is even more critical than cold shower, so even if i chicken out and be a b*tch I'll still have my dental health taken care of, plus it may serve as a primer for the shower itself
