Mohammad Posted April 15, 2019 Author Posted April 15, 2019 (edited) Day 40,41,42,43: No gaming and no craving Wake up 6-7 am every day I sleep between 9 to 11 pm every night I had just one fast food over these four days- I cooked for myself biking one hour each day I read 10 mints of a book in four days- have to increase the time meditation 20 mints in four days I wasted around 2 hours per day- I am working not to let that happen again Edited April 15, 2019 by Mohammad 1

I read more books instead. no wasted time during these four days! 1
