Day-25 (After relapse)

Couldn't  focus on  anything today. Don't know why. It doesn't  matter how hard I try, I still get distracted by random thoughts, and afterwards I feel discouraged to do anything. Probably most of you have been through this as well, but is there any way how to stay more focused?

Day-26 (After relapse)

I've made a new day schedule today(basically I upgraded the old one , by adding more options to it)! I hope I'll go along with it . Also today  I've  been more productive/focused as well :P.

Day-27 (After relapse)

6 pages should take you no more than 10-15 minutes. If you can't find 10-15 minutes you don't have a life! :P

Well, I'm a slow reader , because the last book I've read was like at the 6th grade ( about 10 years ago). And I just choose the worst enviroment for reading , so I often end up by reading the same sentence all over again, untill I finally get the meaning of it. From now , my reading place will be the attic, it's quiet and cosy out there :D . About today, everything was cool and according to my day schedule ( feels so great  when everything goes  smoothly like it was planned).

Day-27 (After relapse)

Wow  I had insane cravings today, and the problem is I have no idea why. I was aware of triggers for the whole day, but I guess I can't control it. And yes I have no idea what to write today lol :D

Meh another day ended. Not going into details , because every single day is almost the same, since I rarely leave the house.

Day-30 (After relapse)

Felt depressed today , because I'm going through a lot of  hardship these past days. I'm surprised how emotions  swift your attitude towards games , and makes it look like it's the only way how to get rid of stress/anxiety. Like there's no other way besides playing games again. A bit weird isn't it? Going to do a monthly report on my journal  tomorrow.

I have a small question, you're talking about your day schedule, do you mind sharing what it is? Does it contain a lot of habits?

 

Trying to implement too many habits at once is very hard. Especially if you want to be strict on all of them from day 1. Anyways, you're doing great! I didn't know if you noticed but your productivity is pretty good even though you felt completely stuck not too long ago! You should be proud of this! You will get small setbacks, but the trend is definitely positive.

  10. 1:15PM- 2:00PM - studying English &Workout

  12. 2:15PM - 3:00PM - studying English &Workout
  13. 3:00PM - 4:15PM - Break
  14. 4:15PM - 5:00PM - Rhyming
  15. 5:00PM - 5:15PM - Break

I keep it simple , because it's easier to get back on track if I fall behind it, and it's not hard to memorize what to do( since there's not  a lot of option to choose from lol ) . About habits , there isn't a lot of them, only- rhyming , studyingreading , workout and of course Game Quitters .

Day-32 (After relapse)

Wow a month with no gaming... lol I remember when I was still a "gamer" , the  idea  of not playing for 3 months  scared the shit out of me, and it looked like an impossible task... But here I am,  haven't played anything for a month (I know a lot of stuff might happen during the following 2 months). My mood is a lot more better , my mind is more clear (no shit about gaming)  , and I don't feel depressed all the time. Although my life is still a mess, the biggest part of it is almost cleaned, but there's a lot of work to do in the future - be more social , expand my social circle , leave my comfort zone , learn how to talk to girls (gotta fix this part ASAP).

Day-33 (After relapse)

Instead of waking up at 8:00AM I opened my eyes at 11:30AM lol. So yeah ,  "to start my day strongly" - failed. For the rest  of day , didn't find the strentgh/willpower to do anything , like there was some kind of force  holding me back ( I know it sounds hilarious).

Left my comfort zone today! I've been  to places in my hometown , where usually I wouldn't go ( places where most of my peers hang out). But I didn't meet anyone. It wasn't  so "frightening" as I thought it would be....  Probably it's going to take a week before I can do this again :D
