Im in Phuket, Thailand now. My exercise routine and diet have been bad in China, and Im going to be extremely disciplined with everything when I go back to Canada.
  2. I was reading accounts of people taking lsd or other psychadelics and quit their addictions, stop depression, induce flow state, etc.
  3. @Destoroyah I think it will be best for everyone if the best man is someone else or if no one makes the best man speech. My mom does things without discussing with me, but she wont get upset if I tell her to stop doing things. I would like to improve relations with all family members including my cousin. He went to camada about 5 years ago. I had no friends and little social skills understanding before i learned pick up, so I am sure that I made things bad for him. Before I learned pickup, I had this mindset that I will always make people unhappy and hate me, because it keeps happening. Past few years he is ignoring my texts and trying to avoid me and not talk to me in general. I can think of a couple of things that i did that may upset him, or things my dad or mom did. But there is no communication. I think he is just not very communicative in general or he is thinking in a fixed mindset and just trying to cut me off forever. I think it will just take 2 to 15 years or so for things to improve. The best thing I can do right now is focus my attention on the wedding preparations rather than get upset over things. Writing in this forum really helps. @Hitaru awww thanks!
  4. My mom asked my cousin to be my best man. My relationship with my cousin was never good. It takes a few days or weeks to get a reply from him. What do I do? How do I be more resilient ti this situation?

hey Gresa. Welcome back. How are things going?
  11. Http://fundersandfounders.com/how-elon-musk-started/ This infographic was very inspiration to me. Elon Musk didnt have the perfect situation to be a billionaire; his parents divorced, his father is abusive, and he gets jumped in school. But he became a superhero and leader of world changing companies through his brave decisions, hard work, and never giving up. The first three rockets that he launched failed before he successully launched a rocket. Man I just teared up a little when I read that. What we can learn from this is decisions leads to results. We decide our future. Quitting gaming is our decision. What other decisions will you make?

Im doing this 3 months program for self development because i want to take my self improvement to the next level. Im ordering this book off amazon called Deep Work by Cal Newport. This book basically advocates focused, undistracted work when working, and to relax when not working. Im going to implement this by having a maximum of 5 breaks to text/checkemail/check facebook/washroom/eat during my work hours. I work for my dad, so i can do overtime.
  13. Congrats. I find motivation and discipline to be the most challenging when there are no deadlines.
