Yan Posted June 5 Author Posted June 5 Food Schedule Update 6.6-19.6 (Not including 19.6) By the way it's a miscalculation that it's 'till 6.6 but I'll go with it. Everything remains the same apart from 1. 2 oranges instead of one on Fridays, because they were smaller at the store 2. coconut oil - added 15g to non running days - total 45 (that is because I dropped amost 1 kg since my last bi weekly measurement and i was underweight already then. Plus I'm adding a bit more duration to my runs 30 at non-running days(Instead of 60g olive oil), 60 on running days (replacing 45 coconut oil and 60g olive oil), meaning Sundays usually 4. The moving of meals for Monday with the run and a half I am to keep as it is for now, I do not want to reduce the calories when I do two workouts before eating a new meal, I'd want to have the meal the closest to the fast day when i have two workouts without eating afterwards 5. Almonds 10 more grams everyday because I'm increasing the running amount 6. Pears may be replaced one for one with apples because they were left since two weeks ago where I accidentally didn't included them and decided not to eat them because of it 7. Raisins may be replaced one for one with cranberries. since they're about to run out 8. Quinoa 40 grams replaces lentils and on the next week 70g lentils replaces 40g quinoa 9. If there is something I simply didn't write but was planning, I allow myself 'till friday for clarifications

I'd like to keep that metric in mind by posting it here. The weekday I was born is Monday, so I should update it every Monday.

I'm so lazy, I just eat an egg, a banana or some nuts for breakfast. Been trying to eat at least 65g protein a day. Today I ate maybe 46g. Might add a "sticking to food schedule" tracker on my journal too. Maybe you can start tracking your food. (Including a weightscale, or maybe even not including a weightscale for starters) it will allow you to treat nutrition like a game or like a scientist, once you see the effects of what you eat on your body and connect them. I also use cronometer.com to see how well I'm doing on all the nutrients. By the way, I think my comment to you on May 29th made me recognize I was eating and studying together and helped trigger my change in this aspect, which in turn brought me to pain of few focus units and then getting a mixer. So thank you for that. 1

Yan Posted June 10 Author Posted June 10 Entry 9.6 (Written on 10.6) Weeks until average life expectancy: 2774 Some highlights this week: Driving: 3 Lessons, but I feel scattered liek I just fall into the lessons, don't know what i'm supposed to learn, and how long I have until being prepared for the exam. Got to insist on having a focused plan explained to me by my teacher. Time wealth: Got a mixer and cut my food consumption time in 40 minues or so Learning German: Attended a meeting at a language university with a person to direct me towards better learning of German, but still not decided on my correct platform Probably the most important thing however this week is to realize what exactly are the requirements for a self-employment visa. Probably I could benefit from avoiding that carrot in the end of the meal, even though the schedule allows it. Background and explanation: Even though I have a larger timeframe with this half hour. It seems I'm 35 minutes late and haven't managed to start reading the book today. If there is something I simply didn't write but was planning, I allow myself 'till friday for clarifications Food schedule 19.6 - 3.7 (Not including 3.7 - Thursday): Everything remains the same except for 1. 1 Orange instead of 2 2. Almonds 10 more grams increase 3. Raisins to be replaced one for one with dates. (Quinoa and lentils to be cooked as earlier with 10g raisins and 17g cranberries per day) 4. Quinoa and lentils 60g quinoa per day and 35g lentils I think they're both important so I decided to leave them both however I've gone over the upper manganese limit with all the almonds, so I reduced lentils, it seems all my protein needs should still be met. Especially taking into account that i replaced the lentils with 20g quinoa 5. Reduced potato intake by 50g now it's 300g, also to accomodate for mangnese under 11mg upper limit It seems that the overall calory count remains the same taking into account the reduction of potatoes and that quinoa is 50 calories less than the replaced lentils.... (Potatoes 40 calories less) and almonds added only 60 more calories so I increased dates to 75g 6. Dates to 75g instead of 60 this adds additional 42 calories which means everything is even now 7. raised coconut oil to 50g to give another 45 calorie boost leaving me at an overall 45 calorie surplus to accomodate for my activity increase Summary for myself -1 Orange -Almonds (+30 at lunch and dinner each) -Dates 75g -Quinoa 60g -Lentils 35g -Potato 300g -Coconut oil 50g Once more If there is something I simply didn't write but was planning, I allow myself 'till Friday for clarifications Clarification same day: Till lentils run out, old standard of previous entry applies Clarification same day 2: (10:12 am) Potatoes are also to be used as is until they run out Edited Thursday at 08:12 AM by Yan Clarification 2 at bottom
