Tahini will now be eaten every day 33g On fast days i usually just eat dinner orange (1) carrot peas edamame (120) cabbage olive oil coconut oil Dates Walnuts (25) Almonds (65) For now I'm keeping peanut butter as is at 30 g because of all the changes already made, next iteration I'll consider exchanging it with almonds tomorrow I shall avoid dinner too and spread this food on the next two days next week spread it for the day before and after Wednesday (half and half for both this week and next apart from the orange which shall just b used at one of the days. This way when 30 minutes pass I'll know I only have the least important ones and will have a higher probability of stopping and not continue talking for more than an hour as I usually do.
