Quinoa 40g (Raw measurement, although I eat it cooked)

Walnuts 25g (Alternating with and 33g tahini and flax seeds, test how it feels 1 day for walnuts, the other flax and tahini)

cranberries 17g - interchangeable with raisins

Note: Peanut butter is to be alternated only If I see after 4-5 days of alternating walnuts that eczema persists

Food schedule update 6-20.11 not including 20.11
Changes:
Two day types, running and non-running

On non-running:
No flax seeds, walnuts 25 g, coconut oil removed
on Running: all that reversed.

Tahini will now be eaten every day 33g

On fast days i usually just eat dinner

For now I'm keeping peanut butter as is at 30 g because of all the changes already made, next iteration I'll consider exchanging it with almonds

tomorrow I shall avoid dinner too and spread this food on the next two days
next week spread it for the day before and after Wednesday (half and half for both this week and next
apart from the orange which shall just b used at one of the days.

All the rest remains the same

-taing yesterday's remark and reading a bit more of parking blog posts during breaks

1 thing I could do  better
-at apartment meeting, start with reading all my notes i gather throughout the week and talking about the most important ones. This way when 30 minutes pass I'll know I only have the least important ones and will have a higher probability of stopping and not continue talking for more than an hour as I usually do.

-When I saw there's problem with tahini in the store I planned, and it takes lots of time, having decided faster to buy at the store i usually go this week and then look for some other product since i see it's gonna be too great of a headache to order from the place i planned to initially

-Trying out new shoes at home, despite being afraid they're too big, so that I could potentially return them.
-"Mastermind meeting, being very present, attentively listening through the call"
-Calling the parking sellers I wanted to follow through on ( I found out they're sold to which is a great lesson too)

1 thing I could do  better
-Move a bit faster throughout evening routine so that I'd make GQ entry yesterday.

-I guess cabbage is best to be eaten at breakfast, as it probably doesn't go really well with olive oil?

-biking in direction of mountains and back 3hrs 20 min total

1 thing I could do  better
-Gotta somehow make sure that foods are spread farther apart.
I keep repeating this mistake but I don't know how to make it otherwise... Should I have given up the trip to mountains?
I think I should have just been more effective during the morning and also wake up at 05 00 and not 05 10

This sluggishness eventually resulted in starting the ride at about 06 35 instead of the planned 06 00, from there it kept rolling, since when I'm already late there are no clear deadlines....

20.11-4.12 food schedule update, not including 4.12
Everything remains the same, but I´ll look for sesame seeds and kale in the store, if i find them at reasonable price, replace half of the tahini with 40g kale or half of tahini with 16g sesame seeds. Also in the case i do take kale, add 15 g almonds instead of the 15g tahini. Once the walnuts run out they are to be replaced with chia and flax as before and 10 grams of almonds on top.

Remarks after back from store:
-15g sesame seeds are to be replaced with 15g tahini, however when sesame seeds run out, go back to 33g tahini.
-When old tomatoes run out go back to 1 tomato per day

-Having asked my apartment mate to separate bottles and other plastic cans so that I'd put it more quickly in the trash can which has a quite mall shaft
-Quickly deciding what to take in carrefour,
-Writing out things planned for purchase in Mercadona before entering, thus managing the whole ordeal with going to 3 shops and sending back shoe pair within 2.5 hours (not including ordering in fridge and shower)

1 thing I could do  better
-Next week I'd like to order from Mercadona, and only physically go to the fruit/vegetable shop
