Same thing in the evening, just begin working on the pomodoros despite not feeling like it

The nly exception to this is that I'm allowed to wkup at 7 on regular workout days (non-run) or sleep at 22.15 to have a total of about 7.45h of net. sleep 1

Yan Posted August 15 Author Posted August 15 Entry 14.8 ( Written on 15.8) Day 683: No Useless Videos Day 682: Sticking to Food schedule Day 284: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 39: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -Morning workout -7 pomodoros! -Moved flight very promptly in the morning to another date which got cancelled yet again for the second time 😉 1 thing I could do better -Continuing yesterday's thing I could do better here are the things I supposedly do after "In bed" time 1. Just stare blankly at the wall unwinding from the day, letting thoughts wonder about 5 minutes 2. Hand clothes on the hanger about 5 minutes (Sweaty clothes + wet towel 3. Drink water+ check that the entrance door is closed and the bike is tied and pee, alltogether about 7 minutes or so 4. Check tomorrow's schedule and turn lights off about three 4 minutes more, something like 20 minutes it's supposed to take but actually it took 30 yesterday, I'll have to focus and see again what actually happens

And I think I should do it at least weekly or bi-weekly to reduce risk of prostate cancer) 1 thing I could do better -Do the same thing I did for "after in bed" routine for breakfast, though I tried earlier but didn't yet manage. By the way I think the way I reduced the nightly sleep preptime is by avoiding too much hand washing, avoiding using papers to open the door to check whether it's locked, and avoiding just wondering in thoughts once laid in bed for a moment

I knew that Saturday is the day I work most and I don't want any visits even though it's my birthday.. Well now I've paid the price. Anout 50 EUR, if I'd have 1.5~ hrs more I'd get more than 25 EUR per the deliveries themselves likely, and also get the 25 EUR bonus for 25 deliveries (Which I lacked 3 of)

We'll see on 20.08 how I perform as a result 🙂 -Purchasing food for the remaining days till (the planned) flight 1 thing I could do better -Only check flights after figuring out when father is going to be available so that I won't just be looking at prices with no point, since I told him I won\t take tickets before letting him know first (It took me 40 minutes in the morning and I didn't even decide!!!!!)

Yan Posted August 20 Author Posted August 20 (edited) Food Schedule Update [(20.08-3.09) not including so that 3.09 is new schedule already] Everything remains exactly the same apart for the fact that cashews are interchangeable with almonds and walnuts, and after the flight to Madrid, I am allowed to change the schedule within a day or so, after I go to shop and according to what i find-don´t find Same day clarification 15:40: Lentils may be replaced with quinoa 40g of quinoa instead of 70g of lentils (for today only since I ran out of it, and tomorrow it'll be 40g of quinoa with 27g cranberries at deinner instead of edamame meal Clarification 23.08.24 All days I am permitted to eat as earlier on days that I did 3 hrs deliveries and workout (+35 almonds,+30 peas++20 olive oil +20 tahini, no hummus/cashew) Mango replaced with orange Pnb and Tahini are still interchangeable, and I'll have to update once more after purchase at nut store, after I see what they have available All the things that were interchangeable still are - pnb and tahini cashew, almond, walnut raisin and cranberries cabbage and an apple or an orange Edited August 23 by Yan clarification after move to Spain (23.8)

I added 300 ILS(~) about 75 EUR but it seem the likelihood of actually flying this time rises, since this company told me they didn't cancel flights lately. -3 hrs of deliveries 1 thing I could do better -A little less joking and rambling around with the air company representatives. Getting straight to the point, even though eventually all the matters were settled, bt we finally settled all needed matters as of now. for now I jst have to wait and see if the refund will be done, if not contact them again in a few days

Yan Posted August 23 Author Posted August 23 Entry 22.8 ( Written on 23.8) Day 691: No Useless Videos Day 690: Sticking to Food schedule Day 292: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 0(2) - explained below: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -Got on time for my pre-booked train, even though I had a boatload of lugage, andd a packed bike I went bit by bit, took the bike a bit then the suitcases a bit and so on, it took me more than an hour but I arrived -When I was denied boarding on train, I kept "bitching about it" to a minimum, and started looking for solutions quite quickly -Eventually made a decision and took a train and shipped the bike seperately. it cost me additional 110 EUR, but a decision was eventually made... I feel a bit stupid, even though the train did not have the bike policy so clearly set out... 1 thing I could do better -Look through the train tickets more thoroughly Miscallaneous - actually I lost my being in bed strea before 23:15 yesterday because my train for the airport was at 00:00 in the night, but today I countinued it, snce I just arrived at the local train station on 22:50 and home only on 23:45~ and still had to work out But lfe goes on, remember there's no shame in falling, there's just shame in keeping down. Onwards and to a better and longer streak than earlier hopefully 🙂 Btw, congratulations me on entering new aprtment in a new country (first day) 1

(Perhaps except for morning workout/run) I got overtime on apartment meeting 1 hr instead of 30 mintes, and spent aboatlod of time on filling out a "complaint on the airline website" + asking a refund from an agency that booked my flight among other things
