Yan Posted July 18 Author Posted July 18 Entry 17.7 ( Written on 18.7) Day 656: No Useless Videos Day 655: Sticking to Food schedule Day 257: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 12: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -Sent 4 email regarding hurrying up the visa -Made a quick duplicate of no criminal penalties record + withdrew money to complete the visa request. -1hr and 15 min workout or so 1 thing I could do better -I could have used the additional time I had left (I said I might come later to the job at 14 or 14 30, in order to call authorities of ministry of foreign affairs to hrry up the visa process, instead of going straight to work.

Carrots and peas can might be used 1 per 1 replacement with peas can 2. Brazil nuts may be eaten up to 15g 3. Cucumbers and tomatoes 2 every day 4. Oranges replaced with Mangos
Yan Posted July 19 Author Posted July 19 Entry 18.7 ( Written on 19.7) Day 657: No Useless Videos Day 656: Sticking to Food schedule Day 258: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 13: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -4 hours or so of just calling phones regarding visa speeding process up. -1 hour 15 min workout approximately -When my direct superior got mad over me getting out late to a break, I kept my cool and just kept working, whatever he does, ev if he makes me leave for a break later I am willing to accept this for now, even though I prefer not to of course, but I currently have no control over this unless I quit... And I'm not going to quit because of such a thing allthough it might happen because of other reasons. 1 thing I could do better -Remember to lead the sales calls, If I don't - some "guests" get too lost in irrelevant questions and then blame me for the long call, and I think it is justified, because If I lead it I coud've prevented usch length

Not try to do both deliveries and the conversation

Alternatively it took me 2 hours in the night. If I would have finished at work I could possibly skip the nuts order and do it today and just stick with the urgent order for yesterday only while sleeping fine....

For that reason I could probably go to the store physically, because when I order, they leave little time to ponder questions, they just say " we don't have that in stck" and all you have left to say is - ok.

It took me over an hour to prepare breakfast.
Yan Posted July 27 Author Posted July 27 (edited) Entry 26.7 ( Written on 27.7) Day 664: No Useless Videos Day 663: Sticking to Food schedule Day 265: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 20: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did well no matter how small -7 hr deliveries as planned, even though it was extremely hard for me and still is since, every hour is roughly 25$, but I guess at this point preparing for the duathlon is more important to me + keeping my word to myself (Which I wrote I'll workout after the deliveries on the weekend. -A workout right after the 7 hrs of deliveries -Writing an email to the embassy to make sure they received m visa application even though I was scared they might "Deny" it because they already saw me at the embassy so often 😉 1 thing I could do better -I wanna write two days of deliveries together with working out ( Workout/ morning/ bike evening) and two days where I run in the morning and bike in the evening so that I may do 10 hrs of deliveries on the weekend) P.S. This means I'll probably have to sleep for an hour- hour and a half throughout the day in the morning since I'm gonna have 4 hour and 30 minutes of sleep for those 6 days in the night so 1.5 additional hours are a must. I woke up after 1 hour though... -3 hrs of deliveries 1 thing I could do better -I could have taken the last delivery i was offered. I would have arrived about 5 minutes late home... But would have cranked up the average income per hour to above 90 ILS instead of the current 83 ILS which I've got Edited July 31 by Yan corrected the sentence that was cut in the middle in 1 thing I could do better

That is through devoting the initially planned time for the weekly plan. When writing weekly plan, first write some sort of general template. For Exanple I know that my main goal this week is preparing or flighjt so I could've to begin with written specific timeframes devoted to flight preparation, which is eventually what I did, but I'd like to begin with a general outline of the schedule first thing without anymore distractions, so that I may finish on time! From there on I may edit, and what I do not manage o edit I'll write 'contingencies' of when to edit

Yan Posted August 6 Author Posted August 6 Food Schedule Update [(06.08-20.08) not including so that 20.08 is new schedule already] All the updates of July 22nd apply, BUT 1. Today(06.08) I am to eat as if it was Saturday since I missed 1 meal on last saturday (Even though its a bit over calories, its okay cause I'm underweight) 2. Apart from that the entry of May 5th, applies also in the case that I do a 30min+ Jog or 1hr+ bike ride and 3 hrs deliveries If not, revert to usual schedule
