-Yet again ot carried away with conversation with an old friend, it was supposed to be 10-15 minutes... turned out about 45

but 1 thing is start a day streak like I did, you will not want to break it. And know why you're doing it, know what you want to achieve. Generaly think much of your urpose in life and the more you think of something the more you want it, and eventually the more likely it is to happen. That's just a very quick tip, more elaborations later

-During weekly plan - Do weekly plan, at least 30 minutes, not read about banks and salaries

By the way it's 721 days without "useless videos" not gaming, gaming is beyond the 1000 already I'm pretty sure.

Anyway, I again think you must think of what you want instead of what you don't want. (If you tell your mind don't think of "pink elephant"don't think of "pink elephant" don't think of "pink elephant", guess what it will think of....) But if you tell it, think of rainbow colored butterfly, guess what it will think of then....?

Also, you should know that it is harder initially and the more you go on the more it becomes second nature. For examle you don't think too much about brushing teeth... You do it automatically... It is the same here. Although there are some habits that are harde to set but as a rule of thumb, the longer you go, the moreautomatic it becomes. Just dn't break the chain. And again, remember why you're doing it, and why you don't want it to continue. Hope this helps, sorry for not being very gramatically concentrated.

-Written and signed apartment contract
-13 pomodoros
-2 meals instead of 3, drinking chlorella in between so as not to mix chlorella with olive oil. (Doing experiments to reduce load on digesting system.)

 

1 thing I could do  better
-Instead of 3 hours for bike + run, make sure I remain at 2 hrs 20 minutes, even If I go to an unknown territory. It's top priority to do 16 pomodoros and unacceptable to have 13

-Morning workout and back home on schedule, cleaning room delayed only 10 minutes
-16 pomodoros including a 1 hour meeting with like-minded people
-sent email to some manager at the train company which didn´t allow me   to board the train when coming to Spain

 

1 thing I could do  better
-Be more focused during dinner and lunch preparation, it took me 25 minutes, while I could´ve done it faster

haven't checked my weight or done a blood test yet. I have made a purchase of some of the supplies for 1 week and am planning to purchase the rest on the internet. (Will post update then too, bt no changes are expected. The only thing that did change is that I am allowed to eat up to 3 tomatoes (Because the tomatoes at the store were small)

-1hr 40 min run 75% effort
-12 pomodoros
-Groceries puchase and yet 12 pomodoros (well I should've goten 16, but 12 is something too =/

 

1 thing I could do  better
-Having written everything that I'm gonna take down, and not thinking too much at the store. Just acting according to plan, that would've possibly saved me about an hour I believe. (2hrs instead of 3)

-2 hrs and about 50 minutes of physical activity (not too much away from 2 and 20 that I initially planned
-Recharged phone credit so that I may open a bank account (There's a phone number needed there...)

-when my time for checking out banks was out, go home and continue the rest of the day's schedule.

-Opened Bank Account (Or at least done all the process, now awaiting response)
-Made order of nuts from nuts store to try it out, before making a larger bulk purchase
-30 minutes of visualization

 

1 thing I could do  better
-Again possibly redce peanut butter not to feel so sleepy after breakfast. I'm pretty sure I'm making an excuse in order not to change saying my BMI is low. Any way to make sure, I've gotta attend to the place where i'm insured and check my weight (I already know that and wrote that earlier but repeating)

-Visiting doctor to get recommendation for blood test + weigh myself - I weighed about 55kg with shoes, so it's probably 54.5 kg approx for my height of 174cm which is still underweight apparently
-16 pomodoros
-1hr 40 min run tempo

-Listen to book during lunch cooking

3 Things I did well no matter how small

-Eating half an apple because of feeling quite full (It's difficult for me not to go to the highest limit that the schedule allows so i guess a pat on the back would be in order)
-17 pomodoros and that's even though I actually did 18 units of 25 minutes but 1 i just used some of it to record an unrelated video so i didn't count it  
-Mother of all things well - signed up to a Content creation community for 200$ a quarter, I've been thinking of doing this very long but the price was holding me back, eventually overcame it by just pulling the trigger and avoiding overthinking
now we'll see if it has what i think it has

1 thing I could do  better
-probably gotta buy device to mush carrot and cabbage and tomato and cucumber

-2hr 20m run to avoid undersleeping for 4 days straight (because i \I would have gone with the bike I would need to go earlier, and lose sleep)
-16 pomodoros
-calling father to transfer him money so that he'd transfer me in euros and i'd have enough money to buy groceries 😛

1 thing I could do  better
-Must be super more focused during pmodoro breaks 😉 even though they're breaks from being focused, but be focused on things other than the focused work 😉

What timers do you use for Pomodoro? I.e. do you work 25min and then take a break for 5min, or something modified?

I've been practicing Pomodoro at work mainly and find it to be tremendously helpful, but find that I had to customize it depending on what task I'm working on. So that is why I ask, out of curiosity.

-quickly reacting to fathers problem with transfer by making one by myself through a third party

-calling father to transfer him money so that he'd transfer me in euros and i'd have enough money to buy groceries 😛

-Be more focused during money transfer, I don't think it should have taken an hour.
