  17. You're sincerely welcome. Well, my journal has not been developing with the optimistic mindset encouraged in this community, it has its highs, its lows and its bullshit. This is why I really like to read it.
  18. You made my desire for pancakes! Haha
  19. Good luck with your studies! I will often make it 45 minutes with a 5 minute break (most often a walk, quick run, or quick workout) to help keep the blood flowing so it might help you to try that as well. I upped my goal to 9x50 minutes every day now! It gets a bit hazy in the weekends as I have a job now and tend to work on Fridays and will end up tired the next day and so on. Normally I'd give myself Friday afternoon off to do restful activities, but since I work pretty much every Friday now, I need to change my plans (haven't decided on how I'll address this yet, but I'll likely give myself Saturday evening off or something). Best of luck with your challenge and your studies! What kind of job do you have? I mean, more physical or more mental? Because I do 100% mental job and after studies and work combined each day I feel completely exhausted. Probably quick workouts should help with blood flow! I wish you best with your 9x50min. Can't wait to see report, especially after your exams week! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  20. You should try as many different activities as possible to see the answer. We'll talk about it more on our call tomorrow
  21. Whoa, you've never said to me that you have a twin that looks just like you! We should talk more often than just 1 time. Despite the time zone! How have you achieved to be featured on TV? Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  22. Hold on a sec! Remember, that you should focus on one thing at the time. Quitting video games will give you enough time to deal with other challenges in your life to deal with. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  23. Well, that's pretty interesting. I've once read in Bear Grylls'es book that if you hide inside your TENT, you should be safe from wild animals (there were not documented case that lion, tiger etc. attacked well-placed tent). What do you think about it? I've relogged and everything is fine. Thanks for this improvent Cameron! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  24. Ah, also Rewire was a great App for me. As I remember, it was free to use without any limitations (like number of habits you can control at the time), but it was about year ago.
  25. But wouldn't it be easier for me to just start from day one instead of day 38 or 40 where I left off? Confused, lol. I don't think he means to start at day 38 or 40... just to get back to the same mindset, I suppose, or same lifestyle when you were detoxing, one conducive to your detox Agreed. That's great that you are aware of this. You should go to your previous, non-gamer mindset AND improve these fields you were struggling with. That's crucial. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
