  1. Congrats!! Thanks, I plan to keep fighting no matter what Well, that's a spirit!
  2. Oh c'mon! That's an excuse! There are no intro and extraverts! Everyone is just a mixture of both of them. I mean, I'm introverted too in most situations in my life. I like to spend time alone, have only couple of closest friends and that's it. But when I'm on stage, I'm extravert as hell! That's because I learned it! I was trying to do any effort to deal with it. Break any limits to start feeling comfortable in social situations. So, if I did, why you can't? You haven't even tried. And it's not just a random shit. These are just saying hi and then 3 sentences. You can memorise them to feel more comfortable. I recommend trying it first and then reevaluate. Trust me, I mean, I can tell shitty things on meditation, because at least I tried it once! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  3. Your journal is always good for making me laugh. Not sure if people tell you this or not, but you are very funny. +1
  4. I agree. However remember about this one: I mean, that's the dopamine, I really like it, but in proper doses! Don't overdose it!
  5. Yeap, I have a TERRIBLE habit of waking up late, probably from those years of late night gaming till morning - I've tried all year to solve it and failed miserably many times. The funny thing was that quitting gaming didn't change my habit, so I'm still working on finding a way to solve it. If there are any suggestions and resources I can use, would love to hear it! Do you wake up early? Oh well, quitting games is not everything. That's one thing. Building up habits is another. I wake up early (5-8 a.m. depends on what I need to do each day) and thanks to that I feel more productive) I can guide you through the way to build up this awesome habit. Are you ready for this? Yeap, lemme go ahead and PM you Allright, let's start with level one here: What benefits will it give to you? What benefits will it give to others? What are the negative sides of waking up early for you? What are the negative sides of waking up early for others?Answer to these questions and give each argument power on scale (1-5). When you do this, I'll tell you if you're ready to go further
  6. The day before yesterday I greeted three strangers. I got responses, two verbal and one non verbal. Yesterday I only greeted two strangers. Not comfortable enough to do a full on approach yet, only when passing people. So 5/100 done It's good to do it when passing people, but if you'll feel it's not as uncomfortable as usual, it means you can make this exercise harder. One of the best way to do this is to say hello to people on a bus stop. That's becuase you're waiting for a bus and you both will have to spend some time at the same place even if greeting will fail. But trust me, it won't. Anyways, good job, and keep it up KO!
  7. I'm not sure If I understand what you mean. Studying challenge = study 3 hours a day? Or..? I mean to study enough to achieve your or mine goals in it If you need 2 golden hours, that's fine. If you need 30 minutes, that's also fine. It's not about time. It's about building habit of productive studying Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  8. I'm just getting more and more proud of you. I'll study for 3 hours a day, starting today, even though I have a winter holidays I need to study, to not fail first 3 colloquiums in next 3 weeks. What do you think about studying challenge?
  9. The benefits you get from meditation improve over time. I disagree. That's a success! Be grateful for that and your happiness will be boosted up!
  10. Oh c'mon! Reproduction of earthworms can be fascinating! And if not, it's at least hilarious! Especially when you'll learn on how the earthworms is tagmatised

  15. Well, ADHD is not the end of the world! To be honest, you should be more engaged into sports to deal with it. Try to find any sport that engages physical activity like swimming, running or surfing, just like @Cam Adair This will help you much more than dangerous meditation. Trust me, I tried meditation once I felt like I'll die. Anyways, give me at least one physical activity you're gonna do to deal with ADHD. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  16. That's pretty awesome you feel good overall! Sometimes I see that the more time you spend without your Internet mindlessly browsed, the happier you're. That's probably what science confirms, at least should Greetings, Mad Pharmacist

  18. Hmm, I don't think hiding is good. This way I got relapsed couple of times before. It might be a bit like a crutch. But stand still for 3x30 days and then reavaluate. That's my advice, but the choice is yours Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  19. Hell yea! Studying rocks! Btw. is it really a nap which lasts 3 HOURS? I mean, during this time you'll have at least 2 phases of deep sleep, so it's like a normal sleeping. I mean, a bit too short, but still Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  20. Tried it 3 times a day for almost A YEAR. So it's like 1000 times, sometimes I'm doing it if I want to strike up conversation with strangers during events!
  21. Hey! Great way to start your journal is to sum up and recap your previous year of success! That's the great example of how you can quit playing video games. With @Cam Adair of course. Is it your habit to wake up so late? If so, I encourage you to work on it! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  22. That's what I call: information diet. That's why I don't read news or watch TV. And I feel relieved this way. Also, I know A LOT about what's happening in the world, because others are talking about it most of the time. So I spare some time Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
