  5. Hi Reno! Welcome to the Gamequitters. I think you did a lot if you were playing on average up to 30 hours a months. That's on average 1 hour a day! However, you can always control that sphere of life better, and this is the place when you can easily gain this skill. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  6. I don't. It's your choice and you can do with your live whatever you desire. If you want to fall down on the floor and just lie there telling to yourself "I'm too weak to walk, I should lie there for the rest of my life" then you can do this. But if you want to wake up and just go (even with a crutch at the beginning, but I'm sure you can do this without it) then you have to quit playing. No other ways, no justifications. Just quitting can make you stand up from that floor. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  7. Just one little thing to get out of your comfort zone. Each day. And social anxiety will be crushed. Even saying hello to a complete stranger on this streets. Takes 2 seconds each day, but after a week of doing this you will surely improve your social skills and weaken you anxiety!

If you believe in New Age or satanism or Buddhism with fully awareness what is the main goals of these religions is, then you should meditate as long and as often as possible. However if you don't believe into it, then you should avoid it at all cost. The choice is yours, I'm just bringing you some facts to be more aware of that decision Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  9. Yea, positive like a protone I think it's not an issue right now for you, mi amigo. Can't wait to see your next entries! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist

  12. Congrats on your finished detox, neighbour! Seems like you got back a balance in your life, and that's one of the most precious thing you could get. Do you have any schedule how ofter you're gonna post? Or just occasionally, like you wrote "from time to time"? It's important to be aware after finished detox and not let yourself relapse after couple of days of celebrating. This thing happened so often on this forum and you can just avoid this issue by your awareness. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist

  16. I agree with you, I think that the only circumstance when man and woman can be a friend is when they're not attracted to each other. They're just ugly to each other to be honest.

  18. Flute is awesome, especially if you know (or want to learn) how to play it! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  19. So, wish me luck! I wanna be 10 years game free (or get 10 000 posts on this forum. Writing here is the best recovery from playing video games I've ever known!)
  20. Dude, I'll give you brutal truth: you don't know anything for sure until 10 first dates (about 2 months). You're strangers to each other during that time, and you need to do many different things properly to be asked by her about stable relationship. Sometimes she can runaway from you even on 9th date and never ever call you again. That's brutal, but that's truth. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  21. Good choice on refusing it! Just give yourself couple more days (85 to be specific) and then you'll decide what next! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist.
  22. Yea, some of the worst choices is when you have too much people that needs help and you can help only a few of them. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  23. Good to see you again. Relapse doesn't mean something wrong. It's like loosing a battle. But the most important is, who will win the war? Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  24. Damn, 1 year of being game free? That's insane! Of course, for those who never achieved that... Greetings, Mad Pharmacist.
  25. All right, everyone is different, but when I was working up to 100 hours a day, the only thing I gained was neurosis. So I can't disagree that working without breaks for hours is a good idea. Sitting and doing nothing and briefing is just a weird ritual and I don't really recommend that, but if it works for you, then it's your choice. And I think that inner voice is just a normal thing, and listening to it, is the best way to know yourself better. Talking with ourselves is the best way to do this, because you're more aware during this process instead of doing something connected so strong to New Age religion. And I don't want to encourage or discourage you to anything, I just want to make you more aware of that what meditation really is Greetings, Mad Pharmacist.
