  1. You will improve! Obviously it needs some time to recover, especially when you're dreaming about gaming, but you can do this! Just follow your daily goals each day for now. If you'll do, then after a short period of time the bigger opportunities will appear to help you with your life. It's just getting easier to survive without any gaming, that one day you'll start not only to survive, but also thrive. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  2. Hey Ashley! It's normal symptom to feel tired straight after quitting. You're using a lot of effort to do anything else than video games, which you got used to. However, this will wear off in next days. Keep up consistency, and trust me, if I was able to abstain from it, then you can do this either. Btw. I don't know your husband, but I think that you should offer him to quit for at least 90 days to see what will he say and how will he behave. If he refuses, or accepts and then relapse to them, then it means that he's got a problem too. This is something he should support you with. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist.
  3. Nice initiative! But what happen if you'll fund enough money to build a well, but not enough to go to Tanzania and buy new camera? Will the mission be accomplished? Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  4. Just keep it up man! Glad to see there are other writers in this world. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  5. Hey, the best "wow moment" in my game quitting was when I went to the website with flash games, and even opened one of the games, but it crashed until I was able to play. After that I said to myself "Fuck that, I'll lose my 18 days streak!" and I blocked every website with flash games and never ever came back again to gaming Something similar happened in your mind, so this is important moment. Whenever you'll have doubts, just remind about this situation when you resisted playing, and you'll have stronger will against any sick cravings. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  6. Just keep it up! Day after day, hour after hour. Memento mori, so you don't have anything to lose. Greetings, Mad Pharmacist.
  7. I like your style of journaling, it's similar to mine: simple, and easy to read Just keep it up on daily basis! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  8. 110 Days? Be careful man. It the time, when most people get relapsed after accomplished detox. And btw. congrats if you know how to handle a relationship with woman for longer than half a year! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  9. the second one is win-or-lose the whole day! Trust me, I'm Mad Pharmacist

  11. First week is the worst. Now things will get a bit easier, but be aware! It doesn't mean you have no work to do! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  12. Dude, life without stress happens only when you die. So just accept the fact that you can feel stress. It's great feeling such as pain, meaning you're alive! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  13. The whole pornography doesn't make sense at all. Built on the lowest instincts of human beings and the purpose it has is to destroy man and woman relationship... That's the worst rolemodel man can get about relationships, but so many of them do it... Anyways, good work on being non-conformist with Pokemon GO. Keep it up! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  14. Being a vegetarian is something which have many health benefits. I'm not one but I know some of them and they're just people more aware about world and their diet. If you're lactose intolerant, why not trying a coconut milk or milk from other plants? They're also healthy tastes similar to milk and don't contain any lactose. If you're uninterested in games now, then we have at least one similar characteristic Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  15. Don't give up! Just stop this bullshit and get back on track man!
  16. Isn't it the book written by Dale Carnegie? I tried to read it once, but nothing useful I found in it, only advice was "to listen to other people". But it's worth trying! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  17. Whoa, I've heard about you from Cameron's video, but he didn't said that you're writing with rainbow! Awesome to see you're challenging your comfort zone so strong, can't wait to see next challenges! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  18. Seems like someone wants to achieve his perfect day through schedule It's possible when it's scheduled in the right way. Good luck on that! Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  19. True, especially if you stick to it, it becomes your status quo.
  20. Great to see you back on the forum. I remember we shoulda be accountibily partners couple of months ago. Are you interested into it right now? Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  21. No more reputation points, so I have to write: I agree. (+1 ) The principle is that man and woman friendship doesn't work. But when there's a principle, there are always exceptions. Like you mentioned, especially because relationship after lifelong friendship are not so satysfying.
  22. Thanks for your contribution! I'll check the milk alternatives, but believe me milk has its place in my heart. What comes to NoFap I feel that it's had a big positive impact on my life and I will continue to enjoy it. I think that I need to find a way to do it that fits me. One way may not fit everybody. That's true, but if you can give me at least one benefits from masturbation other than instant pleasure, then tell me what it is Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
  23. Your work must be awesome, if you can listen to podcasts during it I agree, but I don't have more reputations point to give Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
