NannerZ 225 Posted June 1, 2019 Author Share Posted June 1, 2019 Thanks for the advice @Ambassador @fawn_xoxo . I've been trying to take some steps to help with sleep. I've moved my computer out of my bedroom so that my room is a place for sleep and relaxation only. When I lie awake and know I won't fall asleep I try to just leave the room and do another activity for awhile and try again 20 mins later. I should probably try meditation but my brain is usually so active I find it tough to relax. I've been better at just accepting the reality of not falling asleep and it's helped a little.
