3 Things I did right, no matter how small.

-Despite strong waves and black flag sea staying inside, partly swimming partly walking.
-12 pomodoros (day 82)
-Weighing myself


1 Thing I could do better 
-Be stricter at breaks between pomodoros

Food schedule update: Added daily 80 cashews(To be spread in breakfast and lunch) and 80g Dates(On workdays to be eaten 60g in dinner, on non-workdays to be eaten 40-40 on breakfast and lunch, this is only temporary for two weeks until i find another solution since cashews are very pricey, and dates are high in sugar, which used to give me a serious sugar drop. But I really wanna get hold of those calories since I weighed myself and I weighed 56kg, which is already on the bottom border of normal. Want to raise it a bit.

Note: Today I want to still avoid the dates completely to test how I'll feel with 17g cranberries after breakfast, without disrupting the sugar balance, only 40g cashews to be added to lunch today

-I had a strong urge at lunch to eat the dates and more cashews and the avocado I missed at breakfast to test the cranberries despite writing here I won't, but I overcame It telling myself that If there's a doubt whether I should do it - I shouldn'r.
-12 pomodoros (day 83)
-Full chest abs workout and catching up on remainder remainder of one of 3 workouts , only two leg workouts and 1 (backab) workouts to go


1 Thing I could do better 
-Making sure that the time it would take to carry the sofa that my apartment mate asked me is actually 10 minutes as he stated, before signing up for it 😉 It actually took 40

-Waking up early in order to buy new gloves for bike, to protect hands from "carpal tunnel damage" basically my fingers egan to numb again because my gloves were completely torn
-12 pomodoros (day 84)
-6 hours deliveries


1 Thing I could do better 
-Limit the conversaiton with father a little bit

-Managing 19 deliveries in about 4 hours

-Leaving time for visualization after coming back from deliveries


1 Thing I could do better 
-Eat half of the Dates amount, since I start feeling the pain on the left side again (Two consecutive  days of feeling the pain.) If I drop them and it disappears I may try resuming them later on

-Full abs and back workout and catching up on yet another leg workout
-Avoiding eating the date as stated jn the morning
-Organizing room in the morning


1 Thing I could do better 
-No eating the additional carrot and almonds and cashew and tahini which are left in the 5 gram +_ boundaries. At least don't eat it later. Either eat it together with the mea or not at all, it takes additional time which is wasted.

-Moning swim at the beach again + First attempt to transition form swim to bike. (Took me about 10 minutes X_X)
-Finding and buying Oranges and Avocados
-Prioritizinig sleep and waking up at 07 15, not 05 45, even though the bike workout was cut short because of it


1 Thing I could do better 
-Try the earplugs during the swim, if they fall it's okay. It's better than if you never use them and they don't. That's what you have them for.

-Full Chest and Legs workout + a small part of the missing leg workout, closing in even more to getting on top of the missing workouts 🙂

-Tending to Finances for 10 minutes in the morning


1 Thing I could do better 
-I wrote two days ago either to eat the carrot etc. with the meal or not at all. Now I'm saying, eat them with the meal if possible since it's a day with two meals anyway usually when I have this problem.  Excluding the date for now.

-Morning swim+Transition, this time 20 minutes, twice as long........But  I've got an excuse! I put my bag further and this could be the cause we'll see how it goes further

-2 hours and 50 minutes of deliveries


1 Thing I could do better 
-If I eat dinner at home, plan on doing it in the room, because when I'm in some kind of interaction with apartment mates, it clearly happens slower.

-The abs workout I was lacking.
-12 pomodoros (day 90) - that's a cool number to have at BDay 🙂
-Freeing up some time to speak with relatives who called because of BDay, as painful as it is because I didn't finish recovering all of the workouts, I feel it was important. Perhaps may somewhat contribute to my sense of purpose, to feel there are people in the world who know I exist 🙂


1 Thing I could do better 
-When having a gap between meeting mom and visualization time, clean dishes (Having an alternative plan prepared in case she'd be late, as was quite expected) 🙂

 Birthday Reflection: It seems like a year full of progress, I feel like I have a lot to be proud of myself. That does not mean I should rest on my laurels, and it does not mean I could not do better. I definitely could. But I Indeed developed some great habits, and much of it is thanks to those entries and you guys who are reading it.
Countless times my commitment here to the schedule stopped me from overeating and slipping down the vicious cycle.
Thank you everyone, and thank you @Cam Adair for creating this platform.

One more metric I'd like to note here is that I've now only been eating food I bought for 397 days which is also a win as of itself, as it stopped me from taking "Free foods" when offered and starting momentum towards getting out of tune with the schedule and strengthening the desires and cravings of "Novel foods" - which are actually harmful to the routine and eventually health.

Thanks again everyone! And especially @wheatbiscuit and @D_Cozy who have been showing some attendance lately. Hope there are no hard feelings that I  do not often reciprocate. Accept me for how I am please :)))

P.S. Let the battle continue, bring it on!!!

-Washing clothes twice to have them actually smell fine =/

-19 deliveries in 4hrs 15 mins of work O-o ( the part that depends on me 🙂 )

-Write schedule with the complete intention of standing within the boundaries of time. Not let it slip on things lke washing clothes, answering calls etc.

-Calling to purchase portable SSD (A gift that I've got money for on birthday)

-A bike workout+run in the morning 1hour 15 minutes and 47 minutes accordingly, plus being at home just 5 minutes away from the time I planned

-After getting into bed at 23 15, not be too chill, drink some water, go to pee etc. quickly so that by 23 25 I'll actually be listening to auto-suggestion,
not 30 or 35 (I allow myself to get into bed by 23 15, and then only do sleep related stuff)

-Finishing all pomodoros before the appointment with the cardiologist on a tight schedule (As always, but today having an apartment meeting too and a telephonic meeting with general practitioner
-Full chest workout and half legs workout (two exercises out of 4, those that take more time though

-Somehow dinner took me 30 minutes instead of 15 which it normally takes. Give myself a deadline for dinner when I eat at home too.

-Short workout to recover yesterday's workout partly. (Which I missed because of allowing myself to doze off, and went to work on the bike instead)


1 Thing I could do better 
-Start putting 22 15 as the last time to be home instead of 22 30 and writing tomorrow's schedule a day in advance, it's essential and will save time because of 
Subconscious mind working on the plan a day in advance, instead of in the morning as I do it right now already partly into the day

Food Schedule Update: Replaced cashew with sunflower seeds gram per gram
When oranges run out will eat one pomegranate instead one for one
Dates 80g on days when I eat dinner, when not - no

Also 335 days of no useless videos is amazing. May I ask what are your restrictions for this, and what sites do you allow?

-Begin evening routine after shower with planning the next day. Leave the rest of the things for after that.

1. I definitely don't mind, feel super free. Is it the simplicity you liked or is it something else
2. Thanks for noticing, I agree it's amazing. As I stated in my Birthday reflection post on 17.08 or so a lot of it is thanks to this platform, you guys and Cam.
3. I allow myself to view anything so long as it is written in my schedule beforehand or is related to the task I'm doing in schedule. Mostly it winds up being one book summary in the evening(Lately not, but it's permitted.) Some motivation video of about 10 minutes.
And of course if there's something work related. Otherwise, I try to stick to text format if it exists.

-Made sure I'll finish 40 deliveries and get the weekend bonus by waking up early
-Wrote the whole schedule of the next day apart for 30 minutes

-Make sure the day before that I do 20 deliveries, and yes it may come at the cost of coming back at 22 25. Because I don't want to harm my performance at pomodoros because of lack of sleep

-Go to sleep earlier the day before, so as not to have shorter sleep and be falling asleep throughout the day, but still manage to do 12 pomodoros before 18 00

-When a task that depends on other people is in front of me, Imagine the worst (Plan for not getting the blood test mentally, so that I could be prepared to react quicker, instead of wasting an hour in phonecalls)

-Evening Chest workout that I skipped yesterday (Minus one exercise, to meet the 23:15 sleep deadline)
-Swim+Bike+Run
-Sending an ER documentation from last year to my health insurance, so that they may possibly cover it.


1 Thing I could do better 
-Be a little bit more focused when leaving  for morning workout, and when transitioning from swim to bike, it takes me ages, as a result of which I cut my run 7 minutes short
