It came to the point that I opened two websites of games that I used to play. I've got to do something to redirect my thoughts back to my long time goals. Because I understand that if I do play, at least now I'll definitely regret it and it will be super hard to get myself back on track. Two solutions to ponder: 1. I deleted the remaining passwords of all the games that were most important to me for a long time, including two MMO RPGs -Even though I might have made more problems by un-screwing the front wheel and re-screwing it to try and fix it's not sitting still (Now the brake disc makes more sound and probably rubs the break place more) I am proud of myself for not accepting it as is, and wanting to do my best to fix it. 1 Thing I could do better -Yesterday was really an awesome day, because I withstood my morning goal of deleting the gaming account credentials which I've been wanting to do for quite a while. Yan Posted July 13, 2023 Author Share Posted July 13, 2023 (edited) Entry 12.07(Written on 13.07) Day 293: No Useless Videos Day 292: Sticking to Food schedule Day 184: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 183: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things I did right, no matter how small. -12 pomodoros (day 54) -Full Chest and back workout (Albeit without catching up the missing ones from other days) -Having changed tofu in my food schedule for Edamame and a More whole Sesame Spread (Protein and Calcium accordingly, the things I were getting out of Tofu) 1 Thing I could do better -I was unconcentrated during food's preparation and so slipped a lot from schedule, resulting in being about 1 hour late on schedule, I could have been more focused Food Schedule update: dAs stated, Now for every 75 grams of tofu that I used to eat I'll eat 100 Grams of Edamame and The tahini is just whole now instead of one that's mixed up with water, so it has 860 or so calcium MGs per 100g (Which is an additional 740g on top of the previous tahini. I was getting 375g calcium from the tofu daily, so now there's an addition of 370gs in the tahini, and a small reduction of 0.7 mgs of iron, but that's negligible. I'll try eating it with dinner just the same - 50g's but if it proves to be too heavy i might have to think how i put it in other meals down the road. Even if it's once a week. If I want to wake up a 4 am, I must find a way to sleep earlier. If I don't, instead of having all my priorities, I'll have none.
