Guest Posted March 26, 2018 Share Posted March 26, 2018 (edited) Detox Day one Sleep day one Yesterday I thought about how the anxiety I had in my house affected me. For example I thought about how I always went to Starbucks to study bc I couldn't study in the house. Well so yesterday I tried out this little experiment. I slept in my car instead of my bed. It seems a little extreme but it worked great for me. Didn't sleep for 9 hrs :p slept for about 7.5 and woke up feeling rested.
