  1. Well said, Xonor. Thanks for sharing that. ?
  2. Let us know if we can help!
  3. Yep you nailed it. You can build new pathways overtime, which is why after many years I no longer really feel like gaming - although I do still get cravings from time to time.
  4. Great job starting your journal - it will help you a lot to reflect and process your experience. Be patient, this is a process and changes take time, but they are worth it!
  5. Yep, be open to all outcomes and attached to none.
  6. Welcome! Hope to visit Romania someday ?
  7. No need to apologize bro, it's a small thing you're making a bigger thing in your mind.
  8. Congrats bro, keep it up. ?
  9. You're still very young, be patient. I didn't start pursuing my life and goals until I was 20, and now 10 years later things are much better. Read The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson.

  12. How are you organizing your time/day? A calendar or agenda will help a lot!
  13. Good job catching yourself and getting back on track. That's the key to all of this, being self-aware and then intentional in how you move forward. Here are two videos on videos that may be able to support you:
  14. Yes they treated me and Hitaru so well. Incredible country, I will definitely be back.
  15. Thank you brother, grateful to know the guide is helpful for you.
  16. Hi Paul, Thanks for sharing. There are a few things I Would suggest, the first is to join the parents FB group where you will get a lot more responses from other parents. If he has access to the computer, I would keep it to be a very limited amount of time - 1 hour max/day, not every day. You've seen a clear difference between him on the computer and him without it, and as hard as it is, him having less to no access is crucial for his health at this point.
  17. Hola João! Portugal is one of my favorite countries! I hung out with @Hitaru in Peniche last year.
  18. Are there any group activities you could join that would make socializing easier? For me that's been yoga, dance class, group exercise activities, and things like that. Or could you go to a cafe and read a book? Sometimes it's just little things like this that can help with that.
  19. Sending you love brother. Always grateful for your contributions to the community - you're a valued member.
  20. All are welcome here, whether you're a gamer or not. Happy to have you here with us.
  21. Hi Will! Good job starting your journal. Maybe someone else here who's worked on research papers can share some help for you.
