Yan 127 Posted January 26 Author Share Posted January 26 (edited) Entry 25.01 ( Written on 26.01 ) Day 128: No Useless Videos Day 126: Sticking to Food schedule Day 22: Eating Only between 06:30 and 19:00 (Last bite before 19:00) Day 21: Being in bed before 23:15 3 Things i did right yesterday, no matter how small. - 7 pomodoros and 6 hrs deliveries, great! - Planning day in smaller detail and sticking to it quite well - Back at home by 21 05 approx 1 Thing I could do better -I have many things that I need to buy /fix concentrate on one at a time.
