There were two key ones:

- Make my route by myself ( which helped me a lot)

- Go to places with delivers when thee are no orders. Thanks to these two I managed to get around 20 deliveries a day.

Yep, it more like nationalism here and anti religionsm and there starting to be a more and more cases of people of ultra right moment saying thinks like country only for X ethnicity. Go away. I am scared to face some of them near me or when delivering orders to such people.

-Insisting on not paying for a "seat" at the restaurant i sat with with my family, they required about 15$ even if i didn't eat anything. But I talked to the manager and explained that I brought my own food and asked not to bill this 15$. he agreed
-Giving my father, his wife, and their son a tour of the house and place I work at
-The bare minimum of 3 hours of deliveries =/

-remember to use chlorella and nutritional yeast

-Calling father's wife regarding replacement of gift and not backing off my wish to replace the order even though she is completely against it fr now, contact her again in about a week regarding this.
-20 minutes in sun
-Full leg and chest workout
1 Thing I could do better-
-If I fell asleep during pomodoros, may give myself the equivalent time of how much I dozd off for up to one hour afterwards to do more pomodoros (as if it was an exchange of 1 for one

-Bank appointment to move branch so that I may remove mother from  authorized person from my account.
-15 minutes in sun
-While waiting for bank appointment running up and downstairs to do at least some sort of running instead of the 10 minutes that I skipped in the end of the workout to get to the bank meeting
1 Thing I could do better-
-Finish job on time, no need o stay longer for 1 more member. To do that make sure I check al lwhatsapp messages before 15, so that I don't discover people who want to register at 14 59 right before I leave

-Consider how I may make the eating time limit at 18 instead of 19 so as not to feel heavy when going to sleep after a meal

-Entered shower at 17 22 Just 7 minute late from schedule whereas usually I'm about 20-30-40 minute late
-Started measuring every conversation with a chronological watch after the 6 minutes timer ran out, this is a great way to track things!
-Downloading all courier invoices once I saw that I was taxed 30% on the salary, so that I may try to quickly report my yearly income so that I may possibly renew my book keeping permit and get less taxes =/

-When people start stalling conversations on questions such as why the payment is on 15th and not 10th etc. Try telling them that if they don't want to sign up it's okay, but that is how it is, not to waste too much time on that like the other salesman told me. It's the second day in a row when this takes a lot of time

-Completing yearly income statement of freelancer
-20 minutes in the sun
-Finished making 3 workbook exercises, well at least that... Even though I have the pace of a snail in my pomodoro progress lately overall...
1 Thing I could do better
-Realize faster that there's not much to be done on the weekend regarding my book keeping permit, and save some time (I was wondering around an extra 1.5 hrs when thinking how to solve his bookkeeping permit after finishing the yearly income statement

Note to myself, at food schedule tomorrow note that if there are left an over amount of any fruit or vegetables after fasting i may use them in bigger amount to have the same amount of vegetables left as the amount of days

-Meeting father for 3 and a quarter more hours was not really mandatory, he is the only person in the world that makes me disregard my schedule and other plans, I would like to devote at least a 30 minute session of visualization to writing more about that, I want to understand why this influence is so strong on me and whether I should avoid such decisions of "The momentary self" in regarding to meeting him or attending events with his presence

-Making a purchase of groceries in evening from another network, because the one i usually do it from did not deliver unil one week later. Promptly making the decision, even though i had t ay 40 shekels more
-Going for appointment with authorities regarding the 30% tax on my salary
1 Thing I could do better
-Made sure on the website that the new permit appears before hanging up on the lady that I called in the afternoon regarding tax problem... I was sure it was prolonged and only accidentally found out it wasn't....

-I think this time i indeed got the tax permit that's going to increase my payments back by 30%... at least that's what the website shows
-Completed half of my pending tasks at the job (I had 75 or so, when leaving for home i had about 36
-Going for appointment with authorities regarding the 30% tax on my salary once more, even though they didn't help me there continuing to call until i found the solution + Makiing sure the oermits appear before hanging up...
1 Thing I could do better
-Remember to use the timer in my calls it might have helped me to make tasks even faster.....

Food schedule update (9-23.4)
Everything remains the same apart  for the fact that after skipping a day's meals, I may continue to eat two cucumbers/tomatoes to keep up the 1 or 0.5  pace per day of tomatoes per day afterwards

-Bank appointment to cancel mom's access to my bank account
-Completing all remaining tasks, even though i made 0 sales and it felt hard for the psyche. And even getting to speak with some hot prospects 🙂
-A bit more than 70 minutes run, even though i forgot to take my better shoes, and even though i was doing some damage to my leg I guess, it is still better than no run
1 Thing I could do better
-Still in some cases the timer was forgotten. It could have made things even faster

I work at a gym selling memberships, so yeah I do it at the gym 😄 Thanks for the interest. (You mean you tried an A B workout split and it helps more than a full body workout?

-23-ish hour fast
-Calling tax authorities. It seems my 1500 eur tax is now cancelled ( They saw that I did hand in the "Net worth statement" on time, and they just didn't get it dialed into the system on time...
-8 pomodoros!!! Awesome, since I've been going below this minimum for some time... (Day 1. Let's see how long I may hold this minimum. Though I'd like to aim for 10 pomodoros this is just a minimum)

-Soak nuts in water from the evening, maybe if they'll be soaked it will shorten my lunch time so that I may do more memberships 🙂

-Trying another bike store to replace my tube
-Being prepared to start deliveries right after gym job (even thoughI accidentally got another food box with ushroms instead of the meal i intended to take, everything was prepared apart from that)
-Writing another message to courier company regarding the tax reduce money so that I may possibly receivesome of it back
1 Thing I could do better
-When I heard bike "clicks" after fixing it even though it seemed extra subtle, tell that to the guy who fixed it... now I'm sticking with it for at least 13 hours and maybe it's doing damage to the bike =/

-Back home on time to masturbate
-reducing carrot, apple and orange from planned meal since i stuffed all the meals super close, since I was late in planning schedule
-Planned schedule completely even though there was some unexpected change
1 Thing I could do better
-REmember that the only constant is change. When my manager writes a weekly shift arrangement accept that quickly and write my plan without being scared of change and freezing or at least be scared but, act quicker and realize it is what it is 🙂

-Attending dentist fr a prevention check
-Started documenting my sales processes in the customer card from memory instead of from page

-Top priority: Pass finger in attendance machine at or before 15 00 this in turn will help me stick to all my true values, be home on time for shower, eat with audiobook, sleep at 22 10, not 23 15

3 Things I did right, no matter how small.

-Passed finger at attendance machine at 15 05. even though it's not 15 00 it's a lot better. I also finished the workout a lot earlier and got to listen to an audiobook during dinner, plus 7 pomodoros.
-When I got a letter that says that my performance is low at the job, I did not loose it completely although it did throw me a bit off balance and quickly continued doing my job to the best of my ability
-Consulted the other "experienced" salesman that works there for 4 years regarding the letter

-Measure myself at body fat percentage machine(and muscle mass)
