-Having thoroughly planned the next day to include haircut, job interview, and weighing myself(hopefully) and more
-half an hour for a yearly plan
-Cooking portobello and dates which were lacking in previous days

-Schedule food to be a bit more spread the next day, 4 meals or so instead of 2 big ones, perhaps it will have effect on my blood sugar and therefore sleepiness, and dryness of skin, since it seems it affects the skin after I eat a big meal (Probably all blood goes to stomach, and hurts skin regen even further. (On top of other factors like 7 hrs of sleep instead of 8

-When interview got moved, quickly going back home and managing to finish 4 pomodoro before going to the rescheduled one
-Having apartment mate do me a haircut before the meeting, and being preraed on time for it (Well, plus one minute 😉
-Moving workout to the second part of the day in order to make it for the meeting, ins spite the fact that the more I move it further down the day, the more painful it is 😉

-Planinng things so that I wouldn't have to wake up 1 hour early

-Going to interview on time including doing visualization instead of 1 pomodoro to make it.
-Calling the interviewerr the same day to tell him i thinkit's a fit and i'd like to sign. Sending a message whn I saw he doesn't answer
-In spite of feeling super extra sleepy and yet again having dryness in hands which crack and bleed often when i do the clhand-closing action, still going ut fpor deliveries instead of subcoming to the sleep temptation (F U Lizard brain)

-Remind apartment mate to go through list again before she finishes purchase

3 Things I did right, no matter how small.
-Spacing out meals a liiiiittle bit + Omitting some stuff from lunch that take longer to spoil (All in order to test if it will affect my hand dryness, and it is early to say but I think it did just a little bit, but if it did a little bit, hen if I continue it may help a big bit eventually 🙂
-Calling interviewer again for a 10 minute call to tell him that the job is a fit, and try to figure out a solution how we can continue, despite the fact that they had abudget meeting and decided not to go on with the job
-Not accepting bundle delivery when I was already late home, even though it would have probablty taken just 5 exta minutes, I shouldn't have taken the first one in the first place, because it mae me arrive home at 22 35 instead of the regular 22 15 that i'd like to have

-Be more concentrated and less chill during both breakfast prep and lunch as usual

-Continuing spacing out meals, though his time I feel it wasn''t enough. What changed?
I left for deliveries before 1 hour passed after lunch and before drinking water

-10 minutes in the sun without a  shirt during visualization time for vitamin D

Backround: Writing out all schedle an blood tes took about 45inutes and turned my day out of whack, along with the 10 minute mrning cold shower which was unplanned.

Even if the things iI doout f schedule seem "disciplnied" remember, they're not. They only are if you write them down beforehand.

1 Action: So in the case of the GQ post, I could just write the schedule update without elaboration

-Coming to mother's place on planned time and leaving on planned time
-2 hours quality time with brother + steering him away from gaming conversations a big chunk of the time (That said I do feel a little dragged down, and today I got out of bed 47 minutes after alarm clock going off)
-Calling father for a quick 5 minutes congratulations regarding new year

-Doing workout despite apartment mate telling me that I shouldn't shower at that time because there was some sort of work made in the wall of the shower and it needed to dry

-Get out of bed when alarm clock went off at 07 15, not 08 02

Out of time frame: 
1 hrs 45 min for yrly plan slept in 40 minutes and did GQ and wrote messages of happy new year the rest of the time

About 30 more during workout II guess(I did a longer set... which took 12 minutes, plus mving slowly to dress up etc

27 minutes late during pomodoro breaks (1-3 minutes here and there plus cutting one pomodoro in the iddle because I rememebered i needed to put dates away from the cooking stove and 8 minutes more because I decided to anser whatsapp messsage of potential employer despite the fact I know I shouldn't answer these at an unalloted time


Note: I think there was quite some influence on me by the fact that I was a  mother's lace. This sort of thing usually happens afetr those visits when i see their lifestyle (Gaming brother and not taking responsivbility mother)

8 minutes during 1 Pomodoro, because I stood up to take a spoon to eat and ct the pomodoro shrt fr that reason

-30 minutes job search + 11 minutes devoted to a call I received from one jobplace, it seemed producitve andI've got an interview for today.
-6 minutes vitamin d absorption in the sun tahat ppeared for a little bit beyod the cloudy sky 🙂

-I noticed that when I write a task  to take less time, and get out of timeframe, it makes me put less effort in the est of the tasks, bevcause then i stop knowing when exactly i need to finish.
So writing workuts as taking 1hr 45 mn is key, instead of 1 hr 30 minutes.
A timeframe I know I'm getting out of.

3 Things I did right, no matter how small.
-Omitting lentils, dates, and cranberries from meals, I think I'll repeat that today.
Pondering Causes of Hand Dryness: It seems that the cause of dry cracking hands for me is digestion-related. I eat large meals... And then with little break go on the bike... It was quite confirmed by the fact that the dryness eased a little after 3-4 hours just when digestion was supposed to end.

However, it is difficult to tell since the hands were already cracked, and for that reason even if the dryness was reduced, the pain would persist.


-Checking out glasses, even though no order yet (They don't ship to Israel + it seems it might have a problem to be used along with my pollution mask. I'll need to send it as a question to the company.

-Finishing video sync

-Cracking down even further on my calorie intake, (2,000 calories consumed instead of the gnerally planned 4,000(even thoughhi burned about 4,000 riding the bike.By having less food intake allowing a 3 hour nbreak between deliveries and food(Improvement remark of yesterday), to see the effectt on my hand dryness (Not sure there was any.)
-Cleaning up balcony floor including moving closets, laundry machine, etc. all in all it took 50 minutes including leg wash and eturning everything to place which is 5 mnutes moe than schedule said
-Even though I got 37 minutes out of timeframe when planning next day, I re-arranged the next day to finally plan to pick up two parcels, and rescheduled weekly plan, during which I slept for 50 minutes at 06.01
(Again planning only 1 meal this day, this is the last day I do this this week, sine eventually if i reduce so many cals i'm gonna disappear 😉

-Write down the time I'm getting out of bed right away when alarm clock goes off, to force yself out of bed more promptly

-3 hours of deliveries and a workout right after it, at a calorie deficiency as yesterday.

3 Things I did right, no matter how small.
-Doing all my morning routine and 2 pomodoros + managing to finish all breakfast during them (Because of waking  up proactively because of having the day planned in advance.
-Being on time and very present at the first day of a job "trial" period - they do not consider it a "trial", at least not as they say... But I definitely do.
-A workout of 2 hours right after coming back from doc appointment, despite being hallf an hour out of timframe there
P.S. 
One small last note
1 Thing I could do better
-Ask for a work plan two days in advance. So on Tuesday, ask for the schedule for Thursday so that I'll plan Thursday on Wednesday morning.


Notes: I  ate very quickly for about 15 mnutes including food prep 'till 7 pm, then, being extra sleepy retired to bed after just 4 pomodoros at 8 pm without even taking my clothes off and over the blanket, and woke up at 3 am and have been laying in bed for an hour thinking how to not repeat this terrible mistake.

I do wish to say that if I'm being asked for 7 hours at the jb, I'll allow myseelf 8 pomodoros, but only if they ask.
I do not give myself permission to ask for more than 6 hours as of now. And if I will wish to change that, I will be required to write it here in an entry a day in advance.

On the rest of the days, the 3 main tasks I want to accomplish is
1. 6 hours on the job,
2. 10 pomodoros
3. 2 hour workout (Including 20 minute shower)

If I play my cards right I shold still have half an hour left eachh day for miscallaneous stuff. 
Today it shall be Cooking of lentils and order of groceries

+ One more thing to note is tha now the plan is to do deliveries only on weekends, and so we'll see how hat affects my hand dryness. 

Bring it on life! I'm ready for the challenge of a new job, and am ready for the pain this change takes!

Now is the time to prove the truth in these words. 


(I'm mostly referring to my 4-Pomodoro day and not allowing it to become a habit!)

P.S. Look for more private blood test options to tst my B12 before switching back to chlorella, even though I have it t home. S that I may get my B12 picture now, and another one in half a year from now. +125$ is too much, so I want t do a market reseach and see if I can get it at bout 25$ , if not, possibly switch to another health insurance or send mails to ask for partial pay. for a B12 test

-A workout at 21 30 even though I was " dozing off while doing the pomodoros a few minutes earlier

-If I do a workout in the evening the last time for it to begin should definitely absolutely be at 21 30. Even if I see I'm not meeting my other goals like Pomodoros. That is in order that I make it on time for doing dishes afterwards and have time for visualization.

-Scheduling a consultation with fitness expert from my job place
-Doing a session of 1hr 40 minutes of gym workout, to better understand the customer point of view + possibly start growing stronger and bigger hands as Gary Halber suggests.
-Doing a grocery order in 20 minutes

-I dozed off at 20 00 again until 21 57 possibly ii need to do the workout at 20 30 after all, but it is also possible that loading up on fod right before 19 00 didthe effect.
Today i am to repeat a  workout in the morning and must see how it works, Keepi0ng those two factors in mind

By the way if I am not doing a bike ride on a friday, it ill be a consumptionn of a regular day.
If extreme feelings of hunger occur after 1 week, I reserve myself the right to readjust it back to 3000 cals on 18.01 (Thursday) and again today after fitness consultation

-Fitness consultation, I am now very seriously considering changing my workout routine for one in the gym, since my body fat and muscle mass are lower than the norm.

-When I messed up with the grocery order,and ordered it for sunday accidentally, i'd better have sent a message rquesting to get it earlier and add one product instead of waiting on the phone so much time

-Despite having my biggest chainring not functioning properly and "jumping" as i pedal, mostly riding iwth second gear and doing my best with it.
-12 pomodoros, it's been long since I've done 12 =/
-Despite waking up at 08 02 accidentally, keeping high spirit and doing my best to do the highest effort to get to 20 deliveries

-I really need to fix that chainring, even though it will cost me about 250$ total

-Finished 23 delieveries, 40 of weeekend in total and got 25$ bonus
-Even though I was very late to a group coaching call because of it, at least I got to it through the phone, and asked omething, even though i felt I was being very silly in front of many people because I didn't think of what I wanted to ask and asked a sort of general question

I wrote that I am to update this when I finish fitness consultation. Friday and saturday remained the same generally in any case so I'm updating today

My goal is to change to raising body fat and muscle mass. so because I already ordered the food I'm still not changing nutrition to include more proteins, but for now I'll start with leaving the calories as is.
So here's the change: 
Apples and oranges alternating, at orange days no cabbage
-Dates 60g each day, not just bike ride (Will need to cook)
-Nuts remain as is
-Carrots 3
-Peanut butter 30g

3 Things I did right, no matter how small.
-Adjusting food and workout schedule according to fitness consultation and writing here
-Being presennt at job and doing the assigned tasks with enthusiasm
-At least 5 pomodoros =/
1 Thing I could do better
-Not eat so late so that it wouldn't prompt me to doze off 1 hour after so fiercely

Hey! Thanks for your interest. I wrote a full description on the post of 29th of December. Then the updated schedule for these two weeks is written in two parts in posts of 11th of January and yesterday. Let me know if this answers tyour question 🙂

-First workout for mjuscle mass on new schedule (shoulder and chest)
-Being presennt at job and doing the assigned tasks with enthusiasm again
-At least 4 pomodoros =////////////////////////////////
1 Thing I could do better
-Wake up early and nail 4-6 pomodoros before job (In 8 and 10 pomodoro days accordingly, so that I'll only have 4 lef after work)

-9 pomodoros
-3 hrs of deliveries
-While waiting for scheduled call, staying in the sun and making about 7 calls for price comparisons of b12 blood tests
1 Thing I could do better
-I got out of bed at about 09 00 instead of 07 15, it ate all of my planned activities, like finances ando thers hich I could accomplish at this net. delivery day (Not new job trial)
the thing I could do better is write the time i got out of bed in the phone as the time when i wake up which will force me to get out of bed, because I feel I must write the truth 🙂
