3 Things I did right, no matter how small.
-Arriving to exchange the pants I took yesterday on what I thought as the opening time, even though it wasn't.
-Again giving away remainder of food on my plate at 19 00 to apartment mate
-Not wearing rain pantsso tht I may change them on sunday

1 Thing I could do better
-Three pomodoros after I'm done with food if still feeling extra cold and drowsiness, try putting pants on, and see if it'll help me concentrate on blog by reducing the cold factor and avoid going to bed

Food Schedule update(28.1 - 10.2):
Generally remains the same apart for two things. (Why te same? Because my muscle mass and body fat seem to show a slihgt increase according to a measuring machine. So I'd like to keep it up for now.
Changes
1. I may use green lentils isntead of red at a 1 to 1 exhange ratio (There weren't any red at shop)
2. I may eat 3 carrots on regular days or more so long as it doesn't go over 200g overall, since the order brought small ones. That said I may eat two even if it goes over 200. On friday and saturday, I may eat 3 even if it goes over 200
3. I may replace Edamame without it's peel for the one with the peel at a 60 to 100 ratio, since I measured them and out of a 100, 44g were just the peel, at least in one of the parties I peeled

-20 deliveries
-Clean bathroom floor
-12 pomodoros + finishing gogle ad and fb ad

1 Thing I could do better
-Be more effective during pomodoro breaks not to lose time on food prep, and eventually miss vizualisation, + sorta' rely on luck to finish my 20 deliveries, since I was a bit short on time

3 Things I did right, no matter how small.
-Changed rain pants to a smaller size (XS) as planned (It's a 20 minute way on the bike there, so it's a deal, plus I had to keep myself from wearing the (M) meanwhile.
-Going to replace bike tube on punctured tire, instead of going n the old bike which would be slower and postpone the fixing of the bike, even though it was unplanned
-Applying a new conversation opener at my sales job saying " I am calling you to explain about the membership and sign you up" 🙂

1 Thing I could do better
-Put the pants on 1 pomodoro after done with food, if it may help me be more focused and increase prductiviy than this is what I shall do even though it is a comfortable thing =/

-Leg and back workout at gym
-made it home on time to prepare lunch with auddiobook and even make 1 pomodoro while eeating before 19 00
-Taking a quick poop in the morning without disrupting schedule too much

1 Thing I could do better
-Eat 0.5 of the dates at breakfast to see if it helps me bbe less sleepy after dinner since pants alone do not seem to prevent it.

-minimal 30 minute run
-Having eaten half the dates in afternoon and half at breakfast
-Meeting challenge of custom customer signup head on, no falling in spirit, even though it took much time relatively, eventually found a way to do it 🙂

1 Thing I could do better
-Eat not just half but all the deates at breakfast and see if it reduces sleepiness.

-5 minutes calling back guy who was interested in my previous bike 
-Being in shower very close to schedule
-Finishing all tass that gathered on the job from the day before

-Make explanations to already sold prospects a lot more concise they may find out elaborations later if needed.

-5 pmodoros at teh very least before dozing off =/
-Being in shower very close to schedule  again
-Minimal leg and bback workout to get to shower on schedule

1 Thing I could do better
-Surf the urge of dozing off, simply with discipline, drink water 1 hour after food and do pushups after that too if needed

-Some calls the duration of which took 5 minutes including explanations, thus increasing my closing rate potential, wich is of course the goal at the job 🙂

-Group coaching callontime,only 3 minuteslate
-Completing 28 deliveries and finishing 40 deliveries norm, even thou gh i had groupcoaching call, and worked as  salesman yesterday, ad forgot to charge phone when was on group coaching call 🙂

-Wake up earlierto be completely sure I make the 40 deliveries and not leave it for luck

-6 pomodoros, surfing the lseep urge. (really falling asleep on the table, but so long as i didn't go to sleep to bed it doesn't count =/)
-puting more attention on delaying missions of calling back prospects farther apart and not day after day
-finishing shower with just a 10 minute delay

1 Thing I could do better
-Prospects that go over 5 times without answer may be moved to irrelevant I think, they may call us back themselves, + I may send them a whatsapp and stop wasting time on them

-making appointent for self-development consultation for potentia coaching
-Making explanation conversations shorter nes (continuing as yesterday)

-When there are ppl who insist on a no registration fee for discunt, call anager to ask if he permits

Food schedule update 11.2 - 24.2

Generally everything remains the same, apart for
1. tomatoes which i allow myself to eat three 'till I have double the days left, then eat double everyday
2. Starting 22.2 I may go bback to chlorella since i'll be after b12 blood test
3. Red lentils and green may be cooked together, at 1 for 1 ratio (total 70g per day +-5 no matter the color)
Edit(Same day): 
4th point is also that I eat portobello and champignon mushrooms, not just portobello - 1 for 1 (so I may eat 50g of either mushroom, or a mixso long as it's 50g a day)

-1hr run
-Mostly moving daily tasks farther and focusing more on releant people + most 5 time unanswered calls moved to 2 week follow-up or irrelevant

1 Thing I could do better
-Must find a way to avoid evening sleepiness i may not go on like this my productivity is very extremely low. I barely accomplish anything during pomodoros. think about that more during vizualization time

-8 pomodoros + writing 7th sequence mail draft
-When worjkouyt plan build got cancelled, quickly not got disappointed and rescheduled a new one with inimal time lost
-Not get too distracted by call from mom regarding them being at a hospital + I realize it was just a call for attentionsince it was not ER, they were just at hospital for an ppointment, allthough by saying hospital it was appearing mre urgent than it really is a i feel

-Still look for ways to reduce sleepiness

-Make it a point not to chase any longer prospects who do not go through twice on their scheduled appointments with me?

-22 deliveries(6hrs 20 minutes)
-Finally masturbating (Some studies show it helps reduce prostate cancer risk, although they requie more often than once a week probably, butoh well, I think it's a fine minimum, at least practically)

1 Thing I could do better
-Remember to plan a few minutes more for food prep of quinoa + laundry

-Cleaning up kitchen floor

1 Thing I could do better
-Consider on saturday cutting mushrooms with vegetable cutting machine, possibly also on saturday cut salad with machine too to save time, as I already use it for the mushrooms (It took me 30 min to cut the ushtooms O_o

-Buying new weightscale in morning + paying about 3$ to have it delivered to a closer pickup point, thus saving myself some time in picking it up 🙂
-40 minutes leg workout
-Setting a new time limit of 3 minutes per unanswered call and 6 minutes per an answered one.

-Consider reducing food volume at dinner somehow

-Asking for ID right after explanmation and thus signing up one client by phone 🙂

When the building workout programailed on me, decide quicker to just go through with the workout so that I'd do 1 more pomodoro instead of aimlessly wondering, talking to reception clerk, and my manager

-Omitting apple and carrot + cabbage as yesterday. I feel a tremendous change. So what now, should I omit them all the time? I'm scared it will create a Vitamin C deficiency etc... Gotta test that
-40 min minimal workout of chest and shoulders
-30 minutes visualization after a long time of doing only 20 or 15 etc. or not doing at all

1 Thing I could do better-
-Finish my learning session with the other salesperson on time even if it means I do not hear the conversation 'till the end.

clarification - this may be used on top of nutritional yeast (2g nutritional yeast and 3g chlorella)

-Continuing to omit orange/apple/cabbage, plus replaced olive oil with nutritional yeast and chlorella, since today and tomorrow I'm gonna load up on 4k calories as usual on weekends 🙂
-Despite having fainted after blood test, not doing a biggy out of it and continuing the day as usual
-40 min back and leg workout (Main set)

1 Thing I could do better-
-When computers went down, not wonder around aimlessly. instead do duolingo and visualisation (Eventually I did, but do it earlier.

-Waking up proactivelyat 05 10 for thesecondday in a row. (Last day for a blood test and this day for 2 extra pomodoros so that I could do more deliveries throughout the day
-16 deliveries, despite having a very dry period of 40 minutes without receiving even 1 delivery offer
-Omitting peanut butter altogether this day, even though it probably made a cal deficiency, but I think it's better for digestion health to first start feeling hungry and then load up on calls, instead f loading up on them in advance

1 Thing I could do better-
-Do visualization in the morning instead of completing the Pomodoro once I see that I will finish the Pomodoro later than 20 minutes before shift starts. I never want to be late again.
