I think it goes something like you do 25 mins of focused work, followed by a 5 min break, another 25 mins of work followed by a 5 min break, and then finally 25 mins of work followed by a longer 15 min break. You then start the process over again. Something to consider as you’re trying to get more work done throughout the day. Oh yeah!
