1) played basketball again today and against everything I believed I am nearly as good as I was before I stopped playing last september which felt great especially since I focused on a less egoistical playstyle than before my time-out

3 Month Goal

to finally getting my degree, avoid the comfort zone as much as possible and try to get 90 days of no webnovels, sweets and porn done!

What went well today: (NP:1/NW:10/NS:1/NM:3)

did my a bit of usual meditation and my daily spanish session, had a great time playing basketball, finally prepared part of my study time plan for this semester and hopefully I have the rest finished at the end of the week, had a interesting dinner with one of my friends after basketball

What I could have done to make my day better:

should have done more streching after basktball, also the corona virus craze is slowly arriving in my country (especially since it is quite near to North Italy) and sadly it seems I am not completely imune to the general anxiety :(

What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow:

 

wake up before 7, have an extra long workday, try to cook a new meal in the evening, prepare for my fitness test on Friday, plan part of my life till June (depends how far I come)

On Thursday I will present my plan for this years lent I am thinking on going full hardcore on renouncing bad habits this year (since It is the first without gaming)

should have meditated more and went to sleep earlier

wake up around 8, go to my doctor for a complete fitness and body stress test, go to the gym, maybe if I have the time cooka bit and go to sleep early (I am not ill but do not feel very well ether)

As I promised my plans for lent:

  • no coffee (doing this since start of february to fall asleep better and it is working so I decided to continue it)
  • no alkohol
  • no meat (I will try to be as veggan as possible but I know that sometimes I will need a bit of cheese or some eggs)
  • no sweats (as long as possible no products with sugar)
  • I will try no porn till easter that should be managable (on fab I am not sure but I will try)
  • also each week I will do at least one thing that is (way) outside my comfort zone

and I know but nearly every year I go completely overboard while fasting but I read in my last book that freedom is not having more choices of things to have and to do but real freedom is achived by deciding what not to do and by the things you deny yourself. I will post updates on how my lent it is going every wednesday so that there is progress to track.

1)Finally I am at 80kg body weight again and hopefully with my self imposed limitations what to eat and what not during lent I will be able to reach my goal of 77/78kg and also hold it🙂

Today I am grateful for only having a slight cold. (it seems like it is normal that everybody is sneezing and coughing)

Today I am grateful for having great friends.


One amazing thing that happened/I did today

 

1) I do not exactly know why but for some reason I got really bad cravings for games before and  during gym time at least it helped me to find some old/new triggers (imagined free time in the evening, a podcast which skirted the topic of gaming) in the end I got over with only two of my counterplans (running since I was already at the gym and locking my phone with an app). Nevertheless it shocked me a lot because I thought this kind of intensive cravings were already behind me 😞

my lent resultions so far: (since last wednesday)

  • no meat -> looking good so far
  • no sugar -> looking good so far
  • no alkohol -> okay till now but a bit harder because going out with of friends will need some time to adjust  like every year this
  • no coffee -> no problems since I started this in late January
  • doing things ouside my comfort zone -> with university starting also not that hard (hopefully the corona virus will not shut them down for a while 😉 )
  • avoid porn -> huge problems trying to avoid this for a longer timeframe and I am not even sure why I fear I will have to reflect on this the next few days 😞
