  1. Day 265 14.12.19 Gratitude journal Today I am grateful for having a great family. Today I am grateful for getting a good night`s sleep. One amazing thing that happened/I did today ------ Workout/run more than 8k steps Meditation 10min (first thing in the morning^^) Visualisation and daily affirmation did a bit of my affirmation and visualisation in the morning Reading (2hour(s) of studying for the next exam today) studied 2h, listened around 3h to podcasts to relax and better myself (at the moment they are mostly science podcasts), did my spanisch exercises my wake-up time 08:15 Weekly Goal(s) get finally a fixed sleeping scedule, study/learn something everyday, have a perfect week and find healthy and productive ways to relax (now more important than ever since I am denying myself a lot of usual fun, relaxing activities) Monthly Goal to study/learn something everday, be more grateful for everything in life, find the joy of living in the moment, think hard about my values and what kind of person I want to be, stay vegetarian or rarely eat meat, stay away from porn, anything related to games, webnovels and guilty pleassure fantasy books 3 Month Goal to finally getting my degree, avoid the comfort zone as much as possible and try to get 90 days of no webnovels, sweets and porn done!   2. Day 264 13.12.19 Gratitude journal Today I am grateful having friends who like the same things as I do. Today I am grateful for realising a key problem with myself. What went well today: (NP:0/NW:1/NS:1/NM:0) did my meditation and my usual spanish session, had a nice session at the gym, studied a bit -> What I could have done to make my day better: ->but then realised that there is only a slimp possiblity of passing the exam any more and I postponed it and here I have two of my most glaring problems with myself indecision (which paralyzes me sometimes completely instead of focusing on one thing and go through with it) and sometimes lower self esteem all in all a bad combination and something I will be working on in the next months 😞 What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow: wake up before 8, study at least 3h, go to my parents home, mediatate on my problems, start a spanish novel and plan the next weeks and maybe even a part of the next year Weekly summary, thoughts and improvements for the future ---

What went well today: (NP:5/NW:0/NS:0/NM:1) did my meditation and my usual spanish session, studied my planned amount and went to university, cleaned my working desk finally^^ What I could have done to make my day better: could have done more Tai-Chi exercises What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow: wake up before 8, study at least 7h, go to university, do a longar home workout in the morning Weekly summary, thoughts and improvements for the future since I realised that maybe I will not have enough time to be well prepared for the exam next week so that I will pass it for sure I am thinking about postponing for quite a few timmes a day and I am completely unsure of myself 😞 because the next date for it would be in febuary and that would mean my degree I planned to have in october would be only possible in the beginning of march and that is throwing me in an emotional rollercoaster because it would be already my second try for this particular exam (the first one I threw away in my addicitive times) but the more I learn (I have time this saturday to decide if I want to try the exam) the more I realise how unprepared I am 😞 so I have no idea want to do but at least for tomorrow I will still study and than decide😫

  17. Day 249 28.11.19 Gratitude journal Today I am grateful for nice and calm day. Today I am grateful for having a funny workout buddy.   18. Day 248 27.11.19 Gratitude journal Today I am grateful for a day where I expected nothing and got a lot^^. Today I am grateful for having sunshades in my room. (finally 😉 ) Today I am grateful for having a great study friend/collegue who breezes through the hardships of his life with ease which is always inspiring to me. One amazing thing that happened/I did today 1) wanted to go for a tiny gym session but it escalated in a good way^^ Workout/run more than 20k steps 7km running more than 2h training at the gym Meditation 10min (in the morning) Visualisation and daily affirmation did a bit of my affirmation and visualisation in the morning Reading (4hour(s) of studying for the next exam today) studied 4h, listened 3h to podcasts to relax and better myself, but had a problem with my usual spanish session and podcast episodes both were finished today (the standart level at least) so I decreed a break day today and tomorrow I level up^^ my wake-up time 07:25 Weekly Goal(s) start waking up before 7am regularly, study/learn something everyday, have a perfect week and find healthy and productive ways to relax (now more important than ever since I am denying myself a lot of usual fun, relaxing activities) Monthly Goal to study/learn something everday, be more grateful for everything in life, find the joy of living in the moment, think hard about my values and what kind of person I want to be, stay vegetarian or rarely eat meat, stay away from porn, anything related to games, webnovels and guilty pleassure fantasy books 3 Month Goal to finally getting my degree, avoid the comfort zone as much as possible and try to get 90 days of no webnovels, sweets and porn done! What went well today: (NP:3/NW:3/NS:1/NM:3) did my meditation but no spanish, studied a bit, had a crazy workout where I tried a ton of new things^^, went to university and finally all the main work at the flat and the house is done and finally I have shades^^ What I could have done to make my day better should have done any Tai-Chi today, but with all the craftsman in the flat and otherwise I was busy outside till now there was no time sadly What I will do differently tomorrow/What I have planned for tomorrow: wake up around 8 (to get enough sleep to regenerate from the workout), go to university, study for the next exam, go to the gym and meet my friends there Weekly summary, thoughts and improvements for the future ------
