Tired of "Trying" to quit

I've been trying to quit doing this for a long time and I'm sick of it always getting ahold of me.

I wrote this reddit post back in december, and not much has changed


I feel embarrassed that I didn't do it. I'm joining this community to seek help and acceptance.
