-Embassy visit
-Multiple calls to mail company
-4 pomodos... It's been 3 days under 4 =////

1 thing I could do better
-A thought popped to my mind. I was told by one lawyer office they have a delivery guy who is permitted to take the permit of no criminal record from the pace where its issued, I should call them back and ask where that place is so that possibly I may get it myself, cause t seems nobody else is willing to tell me where it is

-Because I ended up in a serious delay from the last conversation, coming home quickly and sleeping on floor , to maintain he getting into bed before 20 10 habit. Then waking up at 22 to finish up the evening routine
-Calling document approval service, calling police crime recorded permit place
-4 pomodoros... I

1 thing I could do better
-Instead of dozing off calling police commissary in pain to see if the IDentity number request arrived,,,

-24-ish hour fast
-1 hour workout
-4 pomodoros... an almost finishing script, it seems concentration rises when you don't eat 😉

1 thing I could do better
-Look for the final destination of the visa, not just NIE and ask if I send it to them privately directly with some money attached fr quick delivery will they check it quickly for me? =/

-5 hours in call center
-7 hours of deliveries right after
-Preparing all needed stuff in advance (like food etc.) to allow me to go for deliveries right after calls

1 thing I could do better
-Drink water every two hours instead of 3.5 or only half-way out the house, it's not the place to exercise too much willpower 🙂 I see that every weekend when I do this I barely go to pee which means I'm getting dehydrated, do not think it is optimal.

-Having gone to receive the no criminal record certificate yet again physically without being sure Ill get it, and asking to come later to work in order to do that (lost nothing they were waiting for the cab mostly anyway)
-Multiple calls for the apostille starting from 14 in the morning

-send more leads to requesting quotes of translating the no criminal records certificate

food schedukle update: because  these are the last days before my flight (there weeks or so, some updates will follow so that i leave as little food here when i fly, things like 1 for 1 replacement of walnts for almonds, chia for flux and olive oil for coconut oil.

more details will follow toorrow, as of today the rest of the day is on the old schedule

-More calls regarding translation of police permit
-24-ish hour fast

1 thing I could do better
-Go physically to court to ask them info regarding  translation. Then get a translator probably to come with me to a lawyer's office

Food Schedule update:
Everything remains the same apart for:
1. I may generally eat 2 cucumbers or tomatoes until i have them equal to the amount of days left - then 1 regardless of whether it was because of a pause of 1 not eating one of them when fasting or not
2. Olive oil - may eat 40g until it runs out, then may use coconut oil interchangeably
3. When almonds run out - use walnuts instead 1 per 1g interchangeably
4. When flax seeds run out use chia interchangeably

In case I opt in for 3 hrs deliveries + 1hr workout schedule applies as specified earlier
In case 6hrs deliveries /7hrs- weekend schedule applies accordingly even if its the middle of the week, though this will probably not happen

-Handing document for translation, even though the price is astronomic...  I probably compared 10 places already at least! And time is not waiting. I am sure I could find a cheaper deal if enough time was given, but time does not wait and there are other things to tend to.
-As planned yesterday gone to court to ask them regarding notaries
-Asked at embassy regarding NIE + insurance + what kind of translation is necessary. he said the notary himself must be a Spanish speaker.... Though this guy already mislead me once, but in this case I gues I'll take his advice. even though it may cost me about 60$

1 thing I could do better
-Finish the edreams cancellation earlier in the day. no need to wait for last moment

It seems I got carried away and I accidentally looked at the computer watch instead of hand-watch, and have passed the 23 15 deadline. Well, there is no shame in falling. There is a shame in staying down. Re-starting the count and gotta get back onto track.

-Putting a shirt on my neck to avoid sun damage
-clean apartment floor (+ write in plan for the week after the next regarding waking up really early to space out the meals more

-If i'm about to go for 10 hours on weekends, more calories are needed.

-Asked a second hand shop for a price offer for my old bicycle
-Tried opening a health insurance with two different bank accounts plus opening one online
-Visited embassy to ask again regarding which insurance to make

-Try offering to make the bank transfer, nt just writer my bank account number in the system of the health insurance

-Asked father's help to put emporary bank account at insurance and start solicitation of insurance
-Tried opening 3 bank accounts online
-Sent email to find out status of NIE request again...

1 thing I could do better
-Politely make the customer know when the itme is 19 and the call center is closed and wrap up the conversation faster, i do want to brush my teeth as needed and floss, plus do some other progress regarding the visa

-probably looking in the middle ofo the ight for opening bank options shouldn't happen, in any case no-one is available for phone calls at these times... and Isleep is crucial =/

-Called the uinsurance company to find out the nuances of when the payment is ade and whn I'll get the documents approving my active insurance
-Decided to ask father to load up his bank account after all, to be extra sure the payment will pass and I won't be left without a health insurance on the needed time
-Quickly forgiving the girl that asked to go on break before me as she claims "just to get on my nerve" because she said ] "critisized her" earlier (the first time I heard that she felt I did something wrong in her direction ( I really just ran into a customer that made an order with her and told her of an improvement offer of how to make the orders more effective, but it seems she got hurt by that instead of taking it as a-whole hearted improvement offer.... Oh well =/ )

1 thing I could do better
-Stay focused on doing pomodoros in he morning, no opening bank account, I still mst do a minimum of 4! not 2!!!! Eventuall if I don't stop this the blog migh die... Jesus.....

-Be more effective during weekly planning...( first write a first template then go looking for information etc. and build upon the first draft) it took me 3+ hours

-Printed out English bank account movements report
-Having decided to think about translation of "No dangerous infections" report one more day, instead of spending 120~ Euro on it right away. Even though it might delay the application process =/
-Caling many doctors etc. to check who may help me with "no infections" report
1 thing I could do better
-Wake up earlier, finish 4 pomodoros earlier, so that at 08 00 I could already go wherever is needed physically regarding the other permits/documents that are left

-Woke up at 4 so that I may get to ministry of health at 08:00 - I was actually there at 08:10
-at least 3 pomodoros =/

1 thing I could do better
-Read all the life insurance cntract before signing, I am losing my integrity a bit by signing it so quickly, also I think I could have negotiated to leave it not contracted ( I don't need a life insurance, but because the representative told me it's included in the insurance bundle I quickly signed it to just finish the paperwork, under the pressure, while I should've kept it unsigned and requested another representative to cancel it.
