- for the next week the standard is going to be at most 7 pomodoros and possibly less because I need to concentrate at this specific time on other things, this hurts. A lot! But it is necessary at least this week, If I accomplish my larger strategic goals for the short term, I'll quickly revert to 8 as is planned

-Kept writing and calling potential apartments

-Again when putting groceries during the night into the fridge be see chill, lost a whole HOUR there.

-Visiting embassy
-Preparing dinner n advance a few hours even though i was fasting and messing with fd was a bit difficul

-I should look for a contract for a year that is paid two months in advance and with an option to cancel a month in advance

-Calling back one client fro yesterday who didn't answer resulting in a 55k (ILS) order

-When speaking with potential apartment, not say I'll try calling back in two hours, rather ask for the next day. I knew I'm going o have small chance of calling back.

-Shoot and reshoot videos of Google Ads guidance since I had the voice recording turned off the first time

-Must include visualization early, since I skipped it alltogether. When I'll have the urge to doze off it's a fine time to do it (After at least a bulk of 3 pomodoros

-Reduced oil to 60g instead of about 90, still felt a bit heavy, but I'm sure it would harm me even more if it were to be at 90.
-Putting cash into bank account
-Two calls regarding apartment, even though no-one answered.

-I don't care if I'm dozing off, I shall go to bed only when schedules, at least for the next few days

-I guess it's a thing I did well - although I'm not sure - getting a monthly subscription for a software of creating pdfforms - Docfly, the plan is to only have t for a month and next time continue with a 7 day adobe free trial I took it once already, bt maybe I shall do it once more

-Really must close an apartment already, Time is ticking, I still need to book a flight and get a permit for a visa from the embassy

-a bit more than 1.5 hrs apt. search + avoided dozing off in order to make both pomodoros and apt. search
-Done schedule planning with only being 10 minute late (last two weeks it was 1hr 15 min 🙂

1 Thing I could do better
-Even though I did plan the transition from next Saturday to sunday with one more hour of sleep generally, consider finding a way to do even 1 hr more. Currently about 4 and something hours of sleep..

-IF I wake up to pee in the middle of the night, return more promptly to bed

-finishing grocery purchase in the grocery shop relatively quickly
- Overcoming the urge to go to sleep yet again (even though I was indeed dozing off
-Quickly letting go of an order which was begun by me and letting another rep make it because I was occupied with another, even though eventually the one I was dealing with ended up not closing and the one he took did 🙂 No matter I could only be in one place 

1 Thing I could do better
-Ordered from grocery store a week in advance, not just 4 days, since it seems this much in advance is not enough and they seem not to have ordering options in this case.... (Thus I lost about an hour time (1hr 20 min instead of 20 min it usually takes me to order)

Food Schedule update (19.6-2.7):
Because I bought green beans by accident instead of edamame I may use them interchangeably 1 for 1 with edamame (1g = 1g) I may also eat up to 30g peanut butter throughout the day. (Test in the morning, see how it feels and update here if it's gonna me in the morning for the next two weeks tomorrow. (That is because I want to finish foods and not throw it out or something and I see I'm not using it 🙂 ) The rest remains the same

-completely reviewed contract twice and signed it
-1 hour morning run with additional 2kgs in the weight vest, now 10kg overall
-Gone t sleep for 20 minutes to preserve the before bed routine before waking up and re-reading the contract

-Despite sleeping under 4 hours because of signing apartment contract again overcoming sleeping urge, and going to embassy plus gathering all necessary documents
-23.5 hour fast on water
-1 hour workout in the morning 

1 thing I could do better
-Just noted I accidentally wrote this part in Spanish yesterday lol.
Anyway 1 thing I could do better is bring the 9.84 Euros with me to pay for handling fees for the identity document only, that is the first step.and have at least those two pages printed beforehand instead of gathering all of them but not managing to print none I guess. 

Food schedule update: 
As i said I'll update two days ago, peanut butter for now left in the morning (didn't write yesterday since i fasted anyway.

-Forget these " in the middle of the night wakeups" and starting to look forthings on the internet. Een though I already had worse case scenarios and it was only one hour today still it's too much.

-try asking the other woman whether I could hand in a part of the documents to speed up the process, so that we start the procedure 30 days in advance and those will be checked meanwhile that we're waiting for the last 2

-Firsst thing in the weekly plan just refer to my yearly goals and write it out accordingly.being late one hour to its finish time caused me to stuff all the day's meals together which is very unhealthy, especially when combined with going out for bike deliveries right after that.
