It's time to stop it.

Don't expect a sudden transformation. You cannot get over bad habits over night. It takes months. But I seriously advise you stop watching gaming content, because you'll start gaming again soon without question if you don't do so. Better stare at the wall.

Three days ago I requested my Steam and league of leagends account deletion. This, and abstaining myself from seeing social media newsfeed has been a game changer.

I installed Google Chrome extension to hide YouTube`s recommended content, and Facebook newsfeed. 

 

Wish you the best, man. We can handle it. Day 3 here.
