lilX
Hey, how about filling more B-12 into your diet? There are many common products which consist it, and even if you don't eat meat/ animal products you can still supplement it! I'm going to not masturbate and not watch porn by myself for 1 week and if I fail I give Cam $100Oh my God, Cameron is going to be a millionaire one day Greetings, Mad PharmacistYeah that's true, just need to eat more vitamin B-12. Update: things are going okay and I am feeling more stable than the last few times when I tried to quit gaming.

lilX
I'm going to stop reading the news by myself for this week and next week, until morning of February 18, 2017 or I owe Cam $100. If a friend or someone I'm with starts opening up the news then that doesn't count. I need to reprogram my mind with positive thoughts. lilX
I have a fiance, a family, friends, and work to attend to, and that's enough for me. I will probably continue quit reading the news for the next few months, and continue with meditation and the gratitude journal.
Mad Pharmacist
That's what I call: information diet. That's why I don't read news or watch TV. And I feel relieved this way. Also, I know A LOT about what's happening in the world, because others are talking about it most of the time. So I spare some time Greetings, Mad Pharmacist
lilX
So i disconnected the internet and my desire to procrastinate or play games dropped. I still have the internet on my phone but i hide my phone away on places where i can not browse for long periods of time. Relationship with my fiance have been great as usual. Work and making friends have been meh. Im trying not to expect too much from quitting games so i dont feel dissapointed or pressured.
lilX
Im having unhappy thoughts. Obsessing over games or surfing the net helps take my mind off things. I dont really have a good alternative.

lilX
Ive read some articles on resilience and done some Muay Thai. Felt better. Over 3 weeks without gaming now. At this point the challenge is dealing with my lows in a healthy way. I might start playing games after 90 days or 180 days. I dont know.

Hard to imagine that, looking forward to seeing the bigger milestones myself.i may have a problem with news because i want to get involved with everything that i have no or little control over. I just need to accept that human nature is flawed and i should just focus on my job of designing environmentally sustainable housing and help those around me - things that i can control. things are okay so far. Cam Adair
Thinking too far in the future and expecting too much is not good. I just need to take things one action at a time. Yep! Very important. Have a vision for the future so you know where you're going, but stay grounded in the moment. Gary V shares this from the idea of Clouds vs. Dirt.
