I got some recording done my YouTube channel so glad to have some of that done. If I follow the pace I hope to have this batch done in 2 maybe weeks if everything goes well.

Day 40

 

today completed some stuff needed to be done for my other local church as well as getting lines for my project Dancegirl though my browser refuses to my mail (Vivaldi browser) so sent them a bug report.

Day 41 

Today do nothing day, watched some videos on history of money as late (that serious stuff very fascinating) and then read some blogs I liked and that about it.

      Reading now Book Job 10 and my regular Bible plan.

Day 42 

 

 Met two in people in my local church, and hopefully start volunteering soon, I will be leaving my online church next Sunday, sad but glad cause God has bigger plans for me.

  That about it now reading book of Job 11 as well my regular bible plan.

Day 44

 

I had a little mess up but I realized it and stopped but did not relapse. I consider a relapse Is your returning to the thing your fasting.

    I have to make decision on something tommrow and will need to call them to see what I can do.

   Second we went to brave games with Family.  Even though I wasn’t all the way there. Till the end. 
 

Third is I completed my movie project today at voice wise, now I need sound effects and it shall be done. That big weight off my shoulders as well my last week in my online church, sad but happy. I should hopefully have done in. The next couple of weeks.z 
 

My hope is without my online church taking up my time that I will be less prone on my phone. 
 

Finally I want complete YouTube recordings at some point and finally animated them.

Day 45 

 

Not much going on today expect my local church that I go to on Wednesday. 
  That and worked a little bit on my movie project as well. So if all goes well I should finish that by end of August and have a September release. Happy about that since it my own project.

Other than that not much except maybe walking the dog.

Day 46

 

Not much done today expect maybe my ot and will need to continue at home from now on.

  I did watch animated movie today because it was recommended be by one by other local church. And I watched with my other dad.

Then completed some more of my animated project, hope to finish tommrow and write a letter for my online church.

So I have decided September will be the month I start making some real life changes like eating healthy, exercise, and to have more fulfilling life.

Today had fun day my local church and got some my animated project none, it’s almost there needs couple of tweaks.

   I’m still fasting animation as much as possible and still reading book of Job and in chapter 16 as well my other bible plan.

Day 49 

 

So today I finally quit my online church, this is my last day there, very sad but happy of new opportunity ahead. This is a big step in the right direction, while I will remain friends with them, that just about it. 
   So now I can say I’m trying to eat healthier to and will start doing my nerd fitness app that I have combined with physical and occupational therapy that will not till September and thats because I want week without it before i start in anything new and not just going first right after you quit. 
   I’m almost done with one of my animation projects and hope to complete that this week and then do some recording for YouTube. I have little more freedom and weight has been lifted.

Day 50

 

Another good day, did some grocery shopping and looking into other things to help me with textures. 
    Went to my other local church and that about it as well go out to eat.

Day 51

 

  Finally finished one my animation projects and going to release that Friday and no I did not voice act in this project but wrote it and created with the software I have.

  So whats the next goal well that is to complete some recording for my YouTube channel as of right now. 
 

I’m still fasting all passive animation and just working my own animation. Which has been wonderful so far it amazes me how much watching animation on YouTube whether you seen it million times or first time can keep you distracted from what you want to do. By keeping live action on able to focus on projects I wanted to work on for a very long time. 
   
  I think that about it, still reading book of Job chapter 20 as well my regular bible plan.

Day 52 

 

  Today I just went went my local church and played some games there (board games like stacking cup, break the ice and connect four to name a few). 
   Went to the libary for a little bit and got done with something at my other local church. 
   The came home and may made. Some red beans and rice as well as veggie omelet and fresh fruit. 

   That it for today and now reading Book of Job chapter 21 as well as my regular Bible plan.

Day 53 

 

So today I got some recordings done for  my YouTube channel Animated Christians a the  goal will hopefully finish this week or next week. Then I can use my animation software to make the rest of the videos.

   On second note I’m eating now healthier and mostly it veggies and fruit with some protein in there.

speaking of that I helped make dinner tonight bean salad and bbq chicken. So this is a step in the ya goll right direction.

Day 54

 

Another good day, I got some more recordings done for YouTube. That takes awhile to make. 
   Almost relapsed had to stop myself before I went further so I need to be careful here. Only focus on my own animation projects and nothing else.

Day 55

 

Another good day, did not really do much today but starting tommrow i shall be implementing new ideas for a better life and it will be the first time I don’t have to go to online church. Sorry it took this long but I think long and hard when I make decisions and may not do immediate but will consider it then take the action, the first step getting rid of online church. 
   What I noticed is discord is useless expect for one group I’m apart of because there wasn’t anything for me to be excited about. This good because tomorrow I can implement my physical and occupational therapy with nerd fitness to hopefully have a more healthy life style as well maybe adding geo cashing as bonus. I will be much more focused on taking better of my self too. So I’m officially starting tommrow. And thanks for reading.

Day 56

Another good day, I went to my local church and announced  that I will be volunteering there. (Soon not right away I’m more in a waiting process.) 

   Second I visited my aunt in a group home and enjoyed teaching her as well got her some new apps to better talk to others.

I did not do wanted I wanted to by nerd fitness and everything else but that okay family is more important.

I was unable to find some putty that I can do hand exercises with and spent way too long in store trying to decide on a brand. So I never got any. 
 

Don’t think I’m just I’m just saying tomorrow I will do it and I don’t. I mean what I say, I’m really starting tomorrow on this new healthy style and kind have already.

The goal is mostly fruit like bowl of fruit, veggies, some protein like chicken or turkey and omelette like veggies omelette (very addicting) but if you can think of any breakfast items I can that low in carb and calories as well gluten free it will be much appreciated.

The final thing is I will add my app nerd fitness on top of this so I can stay strong. While it seems like a lot it actually not.

Day 57

Another fun day, today I finally did my nerd fitness and physical and occupational therapy exercises. So glad I did. 
   Now that nerd fitness is starter is finished, I can focus on one thing tomorrow which be nutrition. The reason I want to focus on that above everything else is because having healthy body and eating the right kind of food makes you more motivated and feel better about yourself. 
    This why I want focus on nutrition first rather fitness at the moment. Example: it me like saying you need to exercise or wanting to exercise but don’t have the energy to do so because you had bacon cheeseburger and fries with milkshakes on top of that would make you feel bloated and uninspired. That why I’m focusing on nutrition first before exercise, I want the right stuff in me so I have the energy to do exercises. (These exercises are In addition to the physical and occupational therapy exercises. I’m not quitting those those remain the same it just added exercises on top of that.) plus I able to do close to no phone as possible today which is good too. 

  Plus we went to vineyard in today very nice.

Day 58


I was unable to do my physical and occupational therapy because I had get several things done groceries shopping as well a doctor appointment and had go out to eat cause getting too late as well as did online Bible study that I enjoyed.

   One of the missions in nerd fitness is to eat one bite put your fork down  and chew till its finished then do it again. (Took me hour to eat that is tough, don’t think so? try it) I won’t spoil any more of that.

Im starting to eat healthier like I had cheese omelette this morning and sandwich and bowl fruit (not a cup but full bowl of fruit) very good. 
 

I now have some frozen fruit for smoothies some cagin peanuts (there hot no sugar). Some canned veggies I have as well as turkey for some extra protein and maybe oatmeal. Some yogurt as well (no sugar). Not substitute sugar either. 
 

I think that about it let me know you photos of foods here?

Day 59

 

Another good day went my local church then got my haircuts.

   Still eating healthy had veggies for dinner as well as practicing eating slower chewing before take another bite rather than gulp down like what I used to do and discovered something. Eating chewing is an experience with food, as makes you appreciate it even more who knew be an experience we’re missing out on. Kind of weird to think of it that way but it’s true with the smell, taste is all experience for body, just like traveling to new countries is new experience. Just thought I share that:

Day 60

 

Wow 60 days can’t Believe it, funny thing is I don’t crave as much animation as I once did. That good thing. Passive animation not stuff I create in animation. 
  Today was a do nothing day and probably ate too much yogurt so not much happening, I just went physical therapy but that about it. kind of felt bad all day so ate very little at least till I felt better.

Day 61 

 

Another good day, still did some pt and ot exercises as well following nerd fitness app. 
   So what’s  the goal here well first getting use to doing these activities everyday is the first goal so I have routine going then I will add some stuff on top of that like I have book for building career. That I like to get into at some point. 
   While it may seem like I’m not doing much I’m actually transitioning away from online church and more into my YouTube videos as well as career books I have and complete a screenwriting book as well.

    Don’t worry I’m only focused on one thing at a time and right now YouTube is it but I’m hoping to add more later.

Day 62

 

   Another do nothing day, though I did shop for some putty and slime I could play with but kind of rejected them at the stores and will go tomorrow where I will get some. Part of this I need putty for my hand exercises. The other is kind of personal. But will get those tomorrow.

Day 63 

 

So today I got some putty so I can practice some hand exercises, it had magnet in there that reacts the putty, the reason I got is because I need it for my occupational therapy (hand and arm exercises) was just using balls with beads before (enclosed beads you squeeze them). 
    So I’m happy in this new direction, plus I been eating mostly fruit, veggies, oatmeal and omelet so far with no snacks and twice a day then try to walk the neighborhood when I can and walk the dog at the same time. Been doing this for three weeks (fruits and veggies) now and glad I did it becoming easier and one of my favorite fruits is honey melon or the green fruit. 
   I’m still on my nerd fitness nutrition and I add that in so maybe there ways to improve nutrition like eating slower, putting down fork every time I take bite so like that. 
    So I’m doing what I can but this some of the progress I made along the way as well went to my local church that I will soon be volunteering at. 
    So I think that about it still reading book of Job chapter 32 as well as regular Bible plan.
