Hello Game Quitters Members.

 

I just made a new video for my own YouTube channel. I think being a slow progress is something I have no control over because I do remember another faceless channel that reach quick success compare to me and received more recognition after that. I am not complaining by the way, I just find it very interesting in general because he was serious that he stopped uploading and not going pass 100 upload video count and he got mixed response in the comment section. Anyway. With fitness, I notice with the Hume app I notice that the fat free mass index increased everytime I do strength training or both cardio and strength training in a calories deficit indicating that it's a good thing and I am making progress, and I am grateful that I decided to purchase FitTrack Dara Scale 1.0 to tell me more about my body in a advance way and telling me my Weight only and that's about it. Because someone can gain weight but it's due to muscle gain and also the complete opposite by consuming food in a calories surplus and remain sedentary which will result in a fat gain or a change to a worst body composition then before. I am more and more grateful in my present lifestyle while focusing on the right things in life.

Hello Game Quitters members.

 

I originally thought of holding off on updating what is going on with me until 2025 and obviously. I am equally don't want to hear and mentioned on what is going on in the world that has nothing to do with us.

 

Anyway.

 

A couple of months I lost a lot of muscle due to not having any food sources that is high in protein level to absorb and now I purchased vanilla flavor whey protein powder to absorb to increase muscle mass. I make sure to track my calories everyday to be in a deficit so I become more in shape while increasing fat free mass in the Hume app (which I am using my FitTrack Dara Scale to fully explain what is going on with my body until I get the hume body composition scale which should be more advance and don't rely on triple A batteries compare to the one I am using). The fat free mass for me is key because that represent muscle mass and improved body composition as well. I know some people think that metric has something to do with steroid usage but that's a myth, game quitters members. And steroids is illegal to be even using anyway similar to any type of drug that is illegal as a society. There are people who increase their muscle mass and body composition naturally and haven't thought of taking steroids or was thinking about it. I just ignore people who are making fitness excuses and other stuff such as foolishly accusing people on steroids usage has been that way since 20th century because some people years later in the 20th century was not taking steroids and obviously were being accused for taking it due the accuser saying that based off of jealously.

 

Anyway.

 

I am in a bright sunny mood today while not letting emotions control me due to applying Stoicism in general.

 

I am starting to decide to schedule my videos on specific day so I can get more watch time to get back on track as well with YouTube. I am just doing my best to figure things out on how to consistently increase watch time and let subscribers to naturally increase as well. Some people try advertisement with ad services but that usually contain no results in general based?on what the people said who try spending money on ads and getting no results out of it that is both positive and life changing in general. I honestly believe building a audience make more sense who are loyal in general and be consistent with it while bringing value.

 

I am still reading non-fiction books too and that is going well.

 

I am more focus on taking more actions on things and planning on stuff I need to do and purchase as part of investing in myself such as hopefully on November 2025 I'll purchase a new updated chromebook due to still using a 2019 model Chromebook for productive related activities and work related activities such as things that is part of entrepreneurship such as music creation also YouTube and book writing and much more in the future. I am more focus on things that I can control and is considered positive in my own life.

 

I also can't wait to travel because where I am currently living as a location (Newburgh) don't have much going on as something productive and worth while to even go outside to write home about. A movie theater in that area have official have gone in their days of having something to go outside sometimes. It's only people gossiping and other stuff involved in general that I rather avoid in the middle of it. Thankfully miscellaneous stuff outside are obviously I usually don't encounter and the location I am in has it negative street moments. So I just go point A to B and return home once I get myself a car.

 

Anyway.

The positivity is that I have improved my physical fitness. I look much better and have a good posture. I remember how you and I wished each other success in late 2023.

But i’ve got anger problems because i haven’t got the patience to study problems and find a way to solve them. I just watched sports all the time throughout the year and that got me into a worse place. It was a mixed year. One of my bros helped me out a lot, I wouldn’t get the limited success I have without his help.

I like your blog. It is so easy to get angry, but judging by your posts , you dont let your guard down.

Hello Game Quitters members. I recently watch something inspiring from Brian Mark getting his own private jet as part of his vision board showing that anything is possible regardless from who you are and what country you are from by the way especially in Africa too.

 

I realized it's better for me to focus on what I need to do and obviously block out the noise similar to what every successful and highly successful people think including myself and Cam and Brian Mark believe that whatever noise it is considered a distraction that is fill in a blank.

 

And seeing that from Brian Mark is a beauty because that made be go back to a success secrets TV YouTube channel on YouTube that is located in Nigeria, Africa on one video name "Top 10 Rules Of Success From 40 Legends" based off of one of Evan Carmichael's book that the YouTube channel went through the summary to make the video in a very good way by explaining the rules clearly. Just combining Brian Mark's success in his own way to progress to live a better life to that video I explained and went back on by having a clear picture of success visually in my head is a great combination.

 

 

As my own entrepreneur with my own journey is that I am slowly growing out of my beginning phase of entrepreneurship. And that is okay. It's build stronger character.

 

 

I got this. I am doing my best.

Hello Game Quitters members.

 

This month have been good so far in general. I know next month is going to be something else in a negative way on November 5th, but I choose to ignore that and not going to get into it by explaining in details. What I am more focus on is my house remodel that is going to happen next month in November 21st to get heat in the house, I'll see if it's going to happen because it require people to look in the house to see if it's considered approved or not to get that specific house remodel.

 

Yeah I am more focus on myself where I am remodeling the house I am living in as a asset now that I realized nowadays and also pursuing entrepreneurship that 10x assets I have compare to having more liabilities than assets as a financial net worth.

 

I am also working on myself physically at home in the long term without listening to what medical professionals and online personalities think works for me and anyone else as one size fit all information (which I advise to critically think to see if it works for you in general). I rather stick to having my own fitness routine in general and not ditching it all together and have a counterproductive result that doesn't work for me. Such as not doing cardio from some online personality on YouTube, getting told by medical professionals to do low carb diet, drink coconut water which obviously contain too much sugar...I don't care that different people say that "it's good for you"...I don't care because obviously water has nothing bad about it, water is obviously a natural beverage for human to consume as a primary source beverage compare to alternatives and other stuff in general. HIIT training which I know and remember doing and don't mean much by using free weight equipment for it. Strength and cardio training has their own health benefits in general. So already just combining the two is foolish and result to nowhere, at least with the elliptical machine I use I can tell that my cardiovascular system is improving and helping me to not go out of breath easily. And one medical professional told me that "calories in and out don't matter, simply eat this food and not that food" by lashing out emotionally. I obviously know these people are getting stuff from FatDoctorUK who obviously don't have her license anymore. So people repeating stuff blindly is just reflecting poorly on them if they are the people repeating stuff both online and offline in general. I don't care, I already found what works for me. And with weight gain too...obviously I usually gain muscle mass and it increase my weight number in general but that's not a bad thing compare to someone gaining weight based off of fat consistently. This is why it's best to critically think because most people offline and online are counterproductive and too subjective. Less is best. I am just focus on the fat free mass metric on my Hume app by using the FitTrack Dara Scale, fat free mass is just muscle without fat as part of my key metric.

Hello Game Quitters members.

 

I honestly going to focus more onto myself in general and work on my own professional lifestyle in general a lot more due to specifically being that time of the month this year.

 

I honestly don't care truly and doesn't truly interest me obviously so whatever.

 

I am almost done in finishing my first book contract payment in general. I was also told if I publish another book they'll do the same thing for me to make a payment on...all well. I just have to be financially smart about it in general.

 

I am still exercising my body physically while ignoring what is going on outside of my life as a choice without getting too specific.

 

I just want to peacefully and mentally calmly remodel my house without any external distractions getting in the way. Whatever is going on outside of my house is out of my control and shouldn't be my focus compare to stuff that should be my focus that is fully in my control as a smart choice.

 

And I notice most people are focusing on way too much stuff that is a waste of time and not benefiting their own life situation and lifestyle. So I rather let them go and focus on myself by choosing not to whine and complain about what is going on in the world or whatever.

 

I'll still be fine in general my own life by taking action and full control over the outcomes of my own life both personally and professionally.

 

Alright Game Quitters members. I am going to continue my day while embracing slow progress in general.

 

I kinda don't want to make a update this month because I truly want to focus on myself and not be on social media too much and noticing videos and posts that have nothing to do with me as a true impact in general and focus more of things that I can do professionally in general with my professional YouTube channel and my second book in general and hold that off...

I have never remodeled a home, so I imagine i would need someone’s assistance if i was to do that. Great that you are trying these things.


It shows that you are ready to try new things. Ready to do things means recovery from time wasting activities for me.

No not yet. It taking a lot of time and days to reach that specific fat free mass per lbs number as a increase. I see fitness as a journey, it's fine for me. And the house remodel I have my Mom who is helping me and I am helping her out by remodeling the house we both know in general.

How are you in December.

 

November honestly for me was the most focused month that I did in my whole life in 2024 and I am ending 2024 strong in a productive way while starting 2025 in both productive and strong note where I am putting effort in exercising my body, reading non fiction books thinking of going back to playing my acoustic guitar, journaling my thoughts in a journal book, write my second book, learning and adapting on YouTube and YouTube shorts as well (which it's quickly helping my own channel to grow and increase subscribers, so it's best for me to make both long and short form style of contents as a way to gain specific types of subscribers. Short form contents is obviously the new norm and obviously should be best for me to acknowledged that at the end of the day). I went back in taking full creatine monohydrate supplement for my exercise routine while taking whey protein powder for protein intake in general while going back in doing word finds books as puzzle books that do help me find and reveal that I am quick intellectually to find specific words from each pages and look up the word search topic such as a black and white era boxer who was his own fearful style boxer in the black and white era at the time and learned something interesting at the end of the day after finishing that word search page and bunch of facts about this boxing fighter in general. And I am thinking of photography with a regular modern camera and not a smartphone camera due not having enough space.

Hello Game Quitters. How are you?

 

Yesterday was my 24th birthday. And I had a good time on that day and I remember my Mom gave me a 50lbs kettlebell to exercise with compare to that 15lbs kettlebell that I use usually in general. And right from the bat I obviously gain muscle easily based off the smart weight scale that I am using at the end of the day if I stay consistent.

 

I am officially going to try photography for my dating apps to be extremely better and also hopefully try to capture stuff and save it on my phone in general while being mindful on where it make sense to take pictures. Some areas are unpredictable so it's best for me to avoid being unaware of the environment in general. Anyway. Know for the dating profile, I think it best for me to go to the local park and take good quality pictures on a sunny day where it's not too hot or too cold. One where I am sitting on the local park smiling in front of the camera, and doing other specific photo poses and some with my car based off the how to video camera poses on social media (I think the car one is something to try out to indicate the women on Tinder and Hinge is that I have a car and I can pick them up in general).

 

Everything else is kinda the same except my book publication is almost done and my YouTube channel is growing as well. I remember I notice someone subscribed to my YouTube channel in general probably doing shorts again, I am doing it the second time due to removing and try to discontinued short form video content completely but this year and after 2024 I thought of doing short form style of contents so my channel can full grow in general and do my best on in general while not ignoring long form style of contents.

 

Life is going to be great for me in 2025. Oh and hopefully me and my Mom can get ourselves and used cars for the both of us while starting with me and second start with herself with a used second car just in case with the primary one she was using a long time at this point and have issues in general.

have you got experience refurbishing cars? May buy them cheap and upgrade them with better spare parts.

kettlebells scared me when I received safety instructions on how I can hurt myself if I don't follow the rules. I’d stay with the 15 lbs kettle bell for a long time before trying the 50 lbs one.

Thank you. My first book is a self help book but hopefully with this second book I improve some stuff with the first book, I was kinda not knowing what I was doing with the first book due to being my first time.

And I never heard of refurbishing cars, I might have to do my research on the internet with it's benefits in general.

And I understand your advice. But with that 50lbs kettlebell starting from day one my body can handle it due to already having enough body strength in general to do and is helping me building more muscle easily compare to that 15lbs kettlebell as a weight bundle from Walmart as a Christmas present where the 15lbs and other lightweight equipment such as the free weight dumbbells is becoming more and more lighter. Right now I am more focus on the 50lbs kettlebell with one hand exercises and mostly two hands exercises where I see more and more body growth with my body according to the FitTrack Dara Scale and what the metrics say that I am focusing on while eating enough protein focus foods and creating and eating protein focus foods such as mixing pancake mix powder to whey protein powder and also the same thing with whey protein powder to regular milk. I understand what you said thought, everyone fitness journey and progress is different.

Hello Game Quitters members.

 

I can't wait for a productive 2025.

 

I am just going to focus and grow and develop myself to be more productive to make everything that matters truly to me count including with the house remodel that I have to do so already it's better to be both positive and productive.

 

Christmas day was good, I remember having a lot of regular DVDs and Blu Ray DVDs in general. And other stuff such as clothes, slippers, one ab roller fitness equipment and Christmas candy and much more. Next month in 2025 I am going to buy Brio V2 Beard and body trimmer and Cut Buddy's bald shaver for my head to fully maintain a good grooming appearance.

 

My fitness is decent right now, but I can manage to be consistent still 7x per week since 2019 in the long term starting today.

 

Hopefully in February I am going to buy a regular modern camera for my dating profile images in Tinder and Hinge. Obviously I needed to improve my dating profile in general by going outside and find a good location as good first impression, first impression matters including whatever you post as a digital image in general while having my own car and income in general as a way to be prepared in general. I can still use the park and go to different locations to not keep the date boring in general to whoever I am dating as a woman as my prefer preference to date.

 

2025 is going to be interesting.
