Today I will not play video games because escaping an addiction with another one only makes my life WORSE! Plus, I’m supposed to work on my goals anyways.

      That's so true  I catch myself constantly checking my phone just on getting a little dopamine shot. 1 distraction kills 10 minutes of momentum.
