[New Brazilian Guy]

Hello everyone!

My name is Paulo. I´m from Brazil. 

I have a hard routine everyday, busy days.(doing this from my work).

8:00- 18:00 work 

18:30- 20:00 Work out 

Then when I get home, I just want to play games. My life was : work, gymn and game. Everyday this cycle. And I want to be more than this.

Yesterday I started to change it. Yesterday was my first day without game :). 

 

My goal is to do different things, be mora alive and stop to playing games.

I would like to have a whatsapp group with you ? What do you think ? Let´s help each other!

Today is my day 2 in 90 days Detox.

I am addicted with Soccer Games.
