  1. Man i'm happy for you. Procrastination is currently my dearest friend and took almost everything of my life. Took my opportunities to grow, be better, learn something new. I dont fight with it anymore. I just start working and take actions. Be strong!
  2. THX Mettermrck giblets: Yeah you are right. I saw film Cars yesterday with english dubbing and subtitles and i understand almost everything. 11 Day I found some mistakes in my own mind and i'm going to repair it. My attidute to solve problems and live fully its not sufficient. Man I make stupid decisions and my laziness after work is horrible. I read nice quote: If you want feel fine you must to things which lead to feeling fine. And its true. Action is important! Every day every single habit every single decision making is very important and lead us to the future. Just decide! I had cravings for downloading games but i really fast rejected that idea. Then i watched porn....

    Day 6!

    First 2 weeks are bad, and then you would think that you are in control and you will think: its okay to play and you relapse. So be aware!
  4. Poland neighbour in Slovakia is also hot, i think hotter 34 degrees Celsius = 93.2 degrees Fahrenheit. Very hot is from 10:00am to 04:00pm. Humidity is high and i can't breath normally. But it's manageable. Exercise is litte bit harder but reading book is almost ok. Go and face your fears and artificial limitations!
  5. Man i think that is very bad idea go back into gaming. You are running from your problems! It's true and you know it. Be good on yourself. Uninstall steam and make plan what to do next.
  6. I have tip for you: if you want read book, make project or whatever try baby steps. Step by step. One minute to another with rest. Its powerful tool ! And another tip: Start with small tasks then go on bigger tasks. You will have more energy. Big task split into smaller parts and write on the paper. Your mind will be calmer. Like this emoticon .
  7. 10 Day I'm feel fine. I'm little bit worried about my health condition because hardly breathing. Had problem finish my meditation because of it. Asthma is a b*tch . My progress in learning English is too slow. I must change my attitude and try my best. I am going to watch some cartoon exactly Cars. I need rest.

    I just wanted to say: Be good on yourself! Counter is good tool to see your progress.
  9. Pay attention to your new habits, way of living and so on. Past is past. You have only present moment. Dont think about relapses. Just move on and make what do you want and what is good for you! You are good enough! We are here to support you! Feel free PM or ICQ

    Day 6!

    Man stick to your goals, habits, new way of living and stop thinking about relapses etc. Its past. Even dont give attention on those things. Move on. Dont think about it on any way and for god sake no in negative way. If something have your attention and its mixed with strong emotions it will only strengthen. Don't fight with it and don't pay attention to it!
  11. Great Job! I have one question: How do you measure time? You use app or stopwatch?
  12. 9 Day Everything is ok. My new habit system works. I can clearly saw what i was doing today. I started NoFap journey too because i can have only benefits from it. I have one principle: Baby steps, its very powerful to start with small task. Then you have ENERGY even for bigger tasks.
  13. Tom2: Not every day but i want track this activities that i can see what i doing for myself.
  14. Man i love linux but currently i use Windows because of work. I have som experience with Linux Mint(favourite), Puppy Linux, Lubuntu and Xubuntu. I will buy Raspberry Pi in the future.

  16. 8 Day Its fine feeling Today was quite nice day. I meditated 20 days in a row wow. I listened to podcast about adiction, spend some time with duolingo, repeated some english vocabulary and saw some youtube videos about how to learn english. I had very long walk (approximetly 6 km) and read some pages about GTD. I experienced some negatives too. Dumb thoughts in the morning, overeating and laziness. But its ok. Despite of this i make some little progress. I do what i really want. I made chart where i record my progress:
  17. You are doing great! Set small goals and focus your exercise on movement not weight ! Try measuring your belly not weight because when you start exercising muscles start growing and they are heavier than fat.
  18. Trust and love yourself! You are good enough and everybody who wants succeed must fail. In this game arent winners and losers. Only the ones who are trying. “Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up.”

    I recently overeat myself and its ok. Just go on. Focus on your habits, goals, follow your way. Stumble are okay.
  20. Love and respect yourself. All you need is love. Love build bridges. You actually on your way to be better version of yourself! Forgive yourself. Past is past, learn from it and go on. Dont cry over spilled milk. Its your life and you have the power to change it.
