Doesn't matter how addicted we are, there is always something better we could be doing. I know that "light bulb" moment you are talking about, and I remember the exact moment for me quite clearly. It's brutal, I felt like I was wasting my life.

The silver lining in the cloud mate is that you still have so much life ahead of you and it's not too late to make the most of it.
