Most of the time we fail at things it is not because we do the wrong things but because we fail to do them over a prelonged period of itme. It Enver hurt noone to try something for 3months. There is no downside in trying to Change a bad Habit. If it isn't working outyou can still stop it after the detox.Good Job on the decision. This commitment is what qualifies you to be awesome.
