Hello all

2 weeks in, and the computer is out of sight, but not out of mind. I've been a heavy gamer for 16 years, since 5, moved around a lot so it was difficult to make friends and easy to play games. Death and abuse in the family led me to frequent suicide attempts and entrenched my computer addiction.

ive got really bad brain fog, and don't ever feel fully present. I hope the detox fixes that, or I may have to start eating meat again.

The most important thing to me is to abandon the bitter victim mentality, establish self esteem by getting involved in the real world, and become  an energetic and friendly person with conversational prowess.

Hope it all works out for us,

Nic
