    Nice job! Now try writing out what you will get in terms of your long term goals if you keep working on those instead of every minute you'd do gaming. How that will slowly and gradually bring you there, bit by bit in relation to how you feel when gaming [because this is the real life and not some pumped up artificial sh** that was made by people to get you addicted quickly) but, in leaps and bounds in comparison to the progress people who game do in the direction of their goals.     Here's a list of benefits of cold showers that result from the search term "cold shower benefits" in Google. If that doesn't change your mind, all is cool, but I felt I wanted to share it with you. While it seems that some of those repeat themselves and others are not very clear, like the benefit"Cold shower tips" or the benefit "after exercise" which i assume is referring to calming the muscles, a research I've done couple of years clearly showed me that cold showers have a boatload more benefits than hot. Consider reading an article or two, it might change your mind 🙂

  12. Food Schedule update 27.2-13.3(Not including 13.3) 1. Coconut oil still instead of peanut butter (Since I still assume peanut butter is frequent in having negative effects on skin, and with coconut oil the micro and macro nutrient goals are still achieved, so even though it's more expensive, I give that less weight than health.) 2. Raisins still instead of dates from now on (Dates simply ran out and that was the plan when i bought a stock of both) 3. black sesame increased from 8 grams to 25 grams (because i suspect i don't have enough calcium) Note: If I see some negative health effects I may change the second week (starting from 6.3 Thursday and till the end of this bi weekly plan)

Do not fall into the trap of trying to NOT think of something though. Replace it with another positive thought. It is just like trying to NOT think of a pink elephant. Try telling yourself "Do not think of a pink elephant, Do not think of a pink elephant, Do not think of a pink elephant" Guess what you're going to end up thinking about? You guessed it... A pink elephant. So think of a "brown cat" or something instead 🙂

I'm writing it like this because thoughts like "Maybe I don't have to wake up earl on fast days" creep in. No, I still do if that's what I planned. Waking up like an accident is a nono.     Here's a reply I wrote 23 hours ago and which is awaiting moderation because of inserted links. I thought I'd post it meanwhile without the links until the moderator approves it: Welcome! Here's some wisdom from the "Sober time" app I used to count days without ________. "I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it." -If you're serious about this I'd also suggest you completely delete your Steam account as suggested in the Respawn book by Cam Adair, and as I did in my september 29 2022 post, and possibly Battle.net if you have the option. -I think there's no need to hope it will become permanent. Just go ahead with the 90 days. It's hard as it is. Even if you just accomplish that and then return it will have been 90 days more than 0. -If you're not already making these 9 habits you wrote here, I would not commit myself to any of them, perhaps one at best. It is a trap that many people fall into with new year's resolutions. It's like saying that by next month you will run a marathon when you never ran before. Setting any habit requires willpower, quite a lot of it. So just stick to your main 90-day commitment and if you really want you may do any of the other 9 if you feel like it, after these 90 you may commit to 21 on any of the other activities[that's just my opinion though]. -By the way you may use the Sober Time app I mentioned earlier to have it count the days you've been clean from gaming and gaming videos Let's see how it goes for you. Remember you may fall at 5 days at 2 days or at 1 day. But what counts is how fast you'll stand back up again. "Rocky Balboa: What is it you said to the kid?
