3 Things I did well, no matter how small
-2 Concentrated German units
-2 pomodoros
-Sleeping until 7, thus having a bit more than 7 hours of sleep and contributing to my body's restoration after the long run
1 Thing I could do better
-I allowed myself to doze off for 1.5 hours about 2 hours after finishing the meal (21 00 till 22 30) even though I put a timer for 30 minutes, I ignoored it and kept sleeping and woke up accidentally. I assume in this case it would have been better if I would have done some pushups and went on to do the evening routine. After the evening routine maybe I would have felt different, thus allowing myself 1.5 hours more of productivity
