My angels are actually winning:

I have not gamed (other than phone scrabble against the wife and daughter), and I am slowly starting to feel a little less dead tired all the time.  God, it's a long slog.  The thing is: I know that if I start gaming again, I'll have to start this long dark slog all over again.  And I really REALLY don't want to have to do that.

Spinning out this week.  Feeling tired and overwhelmed and alone.  Like I've been left to twist in the wind.

Find ways to deal with this. It's easy to give up and game again. Read your old posts and realize how unhappy you were. I suggest scheduling time for yourself to relax and reduce burnout, but also see if you're living life in a way to create sustainable balance such as consistent eating, sleeping, and working hours.

Is there a meetup group or something you can do with others? Do you have a way to interact with clients? Family board game activities?
