I don't play a game for a long duration since I already have a family and a sweet daughter, so I only have time for game at the night. However, during the day, my mind is always full with game. I am not really happy with it, because I cannot concentrate. I will start with a simple template for now, hopefully It will evolve to be better: Day # 1 Time I woke up: 08:00 Time I went to sleep yesterday: 00:00 What I am grateful for today: - Have a nice family who will always support me - Found this website - Set up time limit at my phone so I can limit my screen time, using Digital Well being in Android 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
