Today I decide to quit from my gaming addiction.
I don't play a game for a long duration since I already have a family and a sweet daughter, so I only have time for game at the night.
However, during the day, my mind is always full with game. I am not really happy with it, because I cannot concentrate.
I will start with a simple template for now, hopefully It will evolve to be better:

- Set up time limit at my phone so I can limit my screen time, using Digital Well being in Android
